Location and friendly staffs

Did not replenish bath lotions and shampoo automatically. Need to keep requesting from the housekeeping staffs.

Bed mattress quality is good ??Room with city n sea view is excellent??Environmental friendly concept for towel usage is good??

No rubbish bin placed in the toilet.Water easily splashed out from bathroom, making the floor under sink wet all over.Tissue in the tissue box only given a few sheets

Location was good

weird smelling toilets and bathrooms in the 3 room suite. Room was also dusty.

Staff hospitality and location

The bathroom door gap is too big, the drain in the shower room is cloged. It flooded when i took a bath.

Breakfast lacks varieties of meat. Room, spacious for 2 bedroom suite. Location is ok but not sheltered drop off.

The gym is simply a 3-bedroom suite converted into a spartan gym.

Excellent location that made exploring the area convenient

Despite check-in being advertised at 3 PM, our room wasn't ready until 4 PM and only became available after we had to follow up with staffParking situation is problematic - would strongly advise against booking if you're traveling by car

Superb location, fabulous staff, cleaned every day and in spite of some rubbish I have read the breakfast choices are unbelievable, sure not everyone wants curry for breakfast but there is something for everyone!

Higher levels without balconies the windows cannot be cleaned without huge expense!

The ambiance at the lobby. Able to check in a hour early.

Has black sticky in the iron that might ruin your clothes but luckily the staff change to clean new one. Sanitary bag should place more than one as you well aware we checked in for 2.

Great location near the Jesselton Pier. Walking distance to all town facilities. Pool, Bar and rooftop restaurant were a bonus with exceptional views. Breakfast restaurant was well run. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants

The location is very strategic. Walking distance to Gaya street, Jesselton point and Suria Sabah.

The toilet should be more covered for more privacy.

The breakfast was good, as was the swimming pool. The views on the rooftop pool and cafe were exceptional during sunset and it was very nice to be able to get a drink whilst watching the sun go down.

We were initially put in a room that directly faced another room. The outside walls of the hotel have suffered from the humidity so we were really looking out on a mouldy wall. The room was pleasant enough but felt like we were living in a cave.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, wonderful view, cozy room. Walking distance to the Port. Amazing pool at 25th floor. The best view in the city! I would come again!

- No Parking ( Guest Cannot Easy Parking And No Guest Parking Lot- Bath Room Small- Bath Room Direct to Bed Area Smell Toilet Effect- Mattrass and Pillows Must Upgrade- Walk Way to Room Must Have Air Freshner and Wall To Room Must Renovation- Receiptionist Counter Upgrade To Business Concept- Lobby Area Must Look Nice, Beautiful Green Concept and Ocean Air Freshner

The vibrant colour of the hotel environment.

1. Bad soundproofing between rooms esp rooms with connecting doors. Neighbour knocked on my door to lower my volume because can hear clearly what i said during my Zoom meeting at night.2. Cannot access to gym without registration / getting a key from the reception at hotel lobby.

The location of the hotel is superb, walking distance to ferry and night market. The bed is also very comfort.

The room is quite used and the dining chair and sofa are quite stained and old. However the bed are in good condition.

Location is superb and check in process was easy and quick

Tv remote not working . Difficult to find parking since we rented car.

good location. Supermarkets, many restaurants are just down the hotel. Suria Sabah the big shopping mall is just opposite the hotel. Our double twin room is clean and there is an fabulous view of the sea and sunset.

as we have friends staying on another floor and we can't access to their floor cos need room card to access in the lift. We have stayed for 4 nights, some staff are not very good in housekeeping.
