The design of this hotel is minimalist which is nice. The door got this safety features where it will beeps whenever you left your keycard in the slot and you never locked the door.. But for the main entrance door should be accessible by pulling the doorknob (and not pushing) from outside which I think will be much more safer for the staff.. The staff is friendly, they will greet when you enter the hotel. The location of this hotel is strategic as the malls are only walking distance from the hotel and the night market is situated in front of the hotel which you can easily find souvenirs for your family and friends..

1. The room is small and not worth for the price i paid. 2. The room door next to my room is not properly closed. I guess the staff use the room to rest or to take a bath/ shower. Everytime they enter or exit the room, the door closed and the bang sound is so loud and it annoys me. 3. Staffs are not friendly at all and it contradicted with what is stated in the people's review/ comments in Booking.com. 1 of the receptionist had a sour face, unpleasant and unfriendly expression when i check out.
The room smells damp. Not sure how to describe exactly how the room smells.. It's like a strong smelly body odor that lingers in the room. The toilet were not cleaned well, even the ventilators were full of dust.. The showerhead holder broke and never been fixed. The heater were so noisy. The shampoo and body shampoo are diluted. The tv got only 1 channel.. Have to pay extra RM20 for room with windows but the size of the room is so not worth it. Not sure about the size of the room without windows whether it is bigger or smaller than the one with windows.
