Very bad hotel. Curtain is not blackout curtains. And the sheet is very dirty. I stay for a week, they never change my curtains. When i check out, they not give back the deposit. And also have so many cockroach inside room.
Good location, value for money..
1)Ask for make up room, the housekeeping did not change the linen to new one..2)Inside room got cockroach(not good for health)3)Housekeeping did not clean the table properly, still got stain on the table..4)Did not have cafeteria service after 8pm,need to book grabfood..5)Poor lighting inside room, make the room dark all the time, not good for those travel for work..6)not enough parking space when ballroom is booked for event..
Passable
The door card faulty. My hubby need to reach the receptionist 2nd time for manual entering using door key while im waiting in front of the room with 15kg sleeping toodler in my arm. This is super frusting. Then Aircond not fully function. Only part of it blows. The other part not working. The room temperature is HOT. We need to move the bed to the centre so the cold air from aircond reach us.
Parking.
Room was dirty.Toiletries were not complete. There were stains on the walls. Clothes cabinet were broken and dusty. Tv channels limited are rather only 1 to 2. Floor mats were dirty.
Quite place with good car park sites.Easy to access food court
Limited tv channel and blurry tv picture.Staff noted during checked out
The room size..clean..easy to find food
The aircond takes longer time to cool the room
cozy and clean room.staffs are friendly and helpfull.Ample parking lot
Great place if you’ve got a morning flight the next day. Close to restaurants etc and food night market. Parking available and easy 10 minute drive to airport. Comfy bed and room nice size. Good for a one night maybe two.
Hotel rate reasonable and room is clean and comfortable..
Only one channel tv.. ok.... other channels no picture.
The room is affordable and match with the price. Will stay at there again next time I visit to Kota kinabalu.
The transparent glass wall in the bathroom is quite awkward when bathing inside.
The room was very big, comfortable and reasonable price.
The room is spacious and big enough, easy accessible and comfortable
The room is not soundproof I guessed
Comfy bed and air-conditioning working great.
Need to be clean more though. I had cockroach lurking in my room...good thing I'm not afraid of it ? also not much of tv channel ?
