- Staff. This male staff texting female guest using his personal phone number. Offering to clean the room. Getting your personal phone number from booking details and texting using his personal phone number. What the purpose of the phone in every room? Is this really safe for female guests?
- No hot water and aircond
- The toilet's door was put mistakenly, the lock part was outside not inside the toilet. There was no announcement about a very loud noise due to bore hole drilling at 8.30am on 23/12/24.
