Grandis Hotel

The room is spacious. love the shower, bathtub so spacious. your breakfast is scrumptiously delicous.

the tv remote and netflix is hard to navigate.

Location

At this point of writing, parking is not free (MYR10 per entry). There is also mold at the corner of the ceiling above the toilet (at least in the Deluxe family room) of the room that we were staying.

Strategic location n within walking distance to place of attraction

Housekeeping on toileteris refill

The family room size. It is one of the biggest family rooms I have ever book, worth the price. Very near to Jesselton Point Jetty, about 250m that I dont have to bring my car to the jetty. Strategic location to access to Universiti Malaysia Sabah, the street markets and got many of the facilities around the hotel area

The parking. For the private parking provided by Grandis, so limited and not worth the entry price at all. So I have to park in Suria Sabah Mall 24hrs Parking, which is starting from level 4. If the mall is closed, we have to use lift lobby which brings us to the loading area at the back of the mall.

It’s next to a shopping mall.

The location, it’s a bit crowded. The location was not really safe. And the room was not value the price.

"Grand" by name but Poor in service

I missed out my stay but the hotel never put out any effort to remind me either via booking.com or call me directly. What's the purpose of having my phone number then? You should be ashamed for charging your customer without notifying them at least. You may charged me, but you already lose me and other potential guests.

room nice, big, clean. just nice.

car parking.

family room is spacious

parking is chargeable RM 10.00. wasn’t told before hand

Hotel location is good however parking facility is ridiculous. Only few lot provided besides the hotel and chargeable. The rest without parking need to park at Syria which cost more than RM20 per day.The room is big, however not so clean as I found toilet with mould and stain.

the spacious room and sea view

For the price paid, I think it should come with at least breakfast for two like other hotels with the same price. Furthermore, charging for extra bottles of water is a bit inconvenient for customers.

food

parking lot it’s not free..and very difficult to park because first come first serve even pay rm10 per entry to park.very limited parking space.

the location

1) the glass (for coffee) is not clean. the mirror in the toilet is not clean.. no slippers and no coffee provided. 2) limited parking

Pleasant

the room decoration for suprise mention got balloon and half kg cake. but finally no balloon at all and the cake only 1/4 of size of big cake.

The pillow, bed and comforter is very comfortable.

car parking is a distance away from the hotel

clean, love it but limited parking ?

clean, strategic location

strategic place..easy go to mall

they dont have enough lot parking..for the price i think they must provide a parking lot for guest stay in

Room, bathroom

Rooftop restaurant and pool, tables too near to pool

Nice, clean hotel

The pool could use an update

Close to Suria Sabah
