Helpful staff, bohemian feel to hotel. Easy location for market, shops and Jettison Peer.

Beds were hard and shower cold.

Very clean and well maintained. Boss is super friendly. Located near Gaya Street. Very convenient.

Many things ， some of them are the city centre location， the kind owners ， the comfortable bed ， the affordable accommodation , the close proximity to many restaurants ❗️

The room is clean and Chinese original boss are very helpful.it’s perfect for a budget solo traveller.

The facility is out of date. Pls prepare your hygiene products such as shampoo and gel. No lift, it may cause trouble if you have big luggage.

The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived the WiFi was down. I was not able to connect my phone or my laptop. I had a work call so said to the receptionist I would need to rebook to stay somewhere with WiFi. I was told I could get a full refund through booking.com. However since requesting this the hotel have denied my refund so I have paid for 3 nights of which I did not stay for any.

The customer service was terrible, they did not listen to our concern and refused refunding even though their WiFi was not working.

I think we woke the owner up at 22h30. Didn’t seem too chuffed. We had warned him though.

Very nice hotel centrally situated. Host is very kind and bathroom was comfortable although small.

Beds were really hard, tourists be aware. However I let the staff know and they went out of their way to put an extra topper on the bed, really kind!

The location is fine, others are poor.

The room is poorer than the pictures, and not clear. This is the only bad comment I give in the booking.

Nice location with a walking distance to the ferry and the market. The room was well equipped and the owner was lovely.

WiFi working mostly on the ground floor, a bit loud sometimes and no daily cleaning of the room.

Charged RM10 per night extra in cash, no other hotels in KK or entire Malaysia charged me of my 2 months of stay.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful - which is why I went back after an initial visit. Both speak very good English. It is a budget hotel in a central location and perfectly adequate seen in that context.

Nothing especially not to like - as I've said, it's a budget hotel made special by the owner/hosts.

The room was clean, big enough, the shower worked, water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. . WiFi was ok. AC worked. The location is great. The staff was kind. They have a water station. Definitely the best OYO we stayed at.

There is a small step inside the room. Not a problem, just.be careful. Also, probably the ugliest staircase railing this side of Papua. Probably.

Nice room to stay. Situated in the city centre. Walkable to pasar malam and other mall.

The bathroom did not have a separate shower - it was a tiny wetroom with the shower unit directly over the toilet.

Check-in and check-out process was really easy. The owner is friendly and helpful. The property is strategically located, close to shops and cafes.

Just suggest maybe the stairs and the corridor can put the soft carpet to reduce the walking sound.

Good value of money. The owner is very friendly. The place is strategic, you can walk to gaya street night market, suria mall or centre point. The room was good for a family with 5 people.

The owners are a lovely couple, very helpful & friendly. I had everything I needed & the room was comfortable.

Great localisation and the price was very reasonable - in spite of the fact that the building is quite old, it is a comfortable place - it is just the centre of the town - parking place is easy to find, very friendly and helpful staff - place is worth recommending if you want to spent a few days in the town
