Great customer service, the staff are well trained, super professional, make others trust them immediately. Provide complimentary breakfast for my girl (11 years old) and the breakfast had a great variety. Bed, bedsheets etc are super comfortable.

Spectacular rooftop pool.

Everything was very good, the breakfast and connecting rooms. Especially the early check in and late check out since my flight was delayed.

Nothing one of the best hotel so far I have stayed.

Staff service to be improved. Quiet not accommodating on service and communication. Inflexible and inefficient in check in . Send multiple times guest to stay in the property, negative comment.

The room was spacious and the location was great.

The shower doesn't seem to work and the coffee machine is spoilt.

Adequate drinking water supply, in room breakfast provided as we suffered from food poison from the breakfast buffet.

Behaviour of the duty manager Stefanie who was in the morning shift. Night duty manager, she was good and understood our pain. Also Falorina was just acting like she understands nothing. But i suggest you miss, improve your personality.

A stunning hotel, the pool, gym and sauna are modern and spotless. Our room was upgraded and was spacious and maintained beautifully. We loved the waterfall shower and huge bed. We got room service and didn’t expect much but the vegan burger was hot and so tasty. Just the luxury we needed after climbing Mount Kinabalu!

Room is spacious and clean. Rooftop swimming pool is nice. The fragrance from the hotel smells so good. Staff is super helpful. I lost my phone cable and shops were closed already. I had an early tour next day. The staff from the reception was so nice and helped me to charge my phone. So I could be able to contact the guide in the next day.

Location is not in the center but not really an issue. Not far to walk and always able to get a pickup for tours.

dinner : I had double confirm with the staff when I went to dinner, the staff very sure saying that my package are all 4 person, but when I check out just I know I needs to pay extra for the dinner, This is make I feel disappointed. Because before I order dessert I have reconfirm. On this I feel really disappointed. I really unhappy for this happening.

Booked a deluxe king room but upgraded to executive king room. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast spread was very good.

Good hotel, nice outdoor pool, great breakfast. Staff was very polite and friendly.

Poor TV choices - in 5* hotel at least Netflix should be available. Also, each day we found empty dishes with food leftovers next to other rooms, and the staff did not manage to take them away until we called the reception. That was quite disgusting.

The card scanner to enter and exit from parking area is quite slow. This is also because I was not told to tap the card a bit longer in order for the scanner to detect, which caused me to call the intercom for assistance several times.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The room is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is great. We especially love the pizza from the restaurant on the 11th floor—it’s the best we’ve ever had! We always stay here when we’re in KK. Highly recommended!

its a hotel with a good location away from the jam of gaya st and the nearby pasar. for biz traveller good as it has plenty of areas for kopi & discussion plus the F&B is not too bad. Also I like the lounge which has the best service staff in town. make us feel easy when we entertain guests for biz.

its an older building thus the ceilings are slightly lower compared, nevertheless its good enough for a comfy stay.

Convenient location with food and laundromat nearby. Driving distance to the two biggest malls (Imago and Suria Sabah). Awesome breakfast spread.
