I am highly impressed with the exceptional value provided at this villa. The facilities offered are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the low price point makes it an outstanding option. It truly offers great value for money, and I would highly recommend it to others seeking both quality and affordability

It is recommended that a pool guard be present at all times when the pool is open to ensure the safety of all guests. Additionally, enhancing the overall quality of the facilities would significantly improve the experience and contribute to a more enjoyable stay.

Using old stayle check in waiting at reception half hour ..Yellow towel broken kettle no internet no tv box unfunction Water heater …bad trip ever !suggest to change managment team and using auto check in perfer using smart lock!

-Everything is fine.-Can park 2 cars.-The private pool VERY SATISFYING.-Large house space.

-The toilet is clean but smells and has cockroaches.-The sink in the main bathroom is clogged.-No foot mat-The sliding door in the master bedroom and the sliding door facing the sea cannot be opened.

Like that it near to the beach. And very private.

That parking space is limited, the family in the next villa bring too many car, they are blocking the entrance to our villa. And they don't feels sorry at all.No hot water in the tub and the kitchen sink is leaking. The sliding door from the living to the balcony cannot open.

No towels, no drinking water, poor plumbing, really below standard and absolutely not worth the money. Very poor accommodation.

Great place with pool

Poor infrastructure maintenance. Many light broken. Aircond not cold. Pool doesnt have light. Kitchen drain pipe is clogged and it is flooding til the floor.

its pretty and close to the sea

The property isnt clean enough , we saw something left over toys and tissue that lefted by others travellers. The kitchen is lack of pot for us to cook

Location by the beach

We booked 2 units of 2 bedroom apt & 2 units of 1-bedroom apt. Not recommended at all bcz :1. 5 bath towels not available from our units when we checked in. Excuse given- they sent their laundry outside and towel ready 6-7pm (we received at 8pm-9pm) 2. WATER DISRUPTION! we received whatsapp from management said water tank depleting at 6pm, (water was out at 9pm) and Sabah water dept only resume supply at 10pm (water available at our units at 12pm). Imagine family with kids not able to use toilet? we cooked meal that night and not able to clean up. Some of us fall asleep while waiting for water resume (some of my family members travelling 2-3 hours to Kota Kinabalu for our weekend gathering) . Funny,we were informed their counter close at 10pm through whatsapp and no one available to ask abt water supply after that. I mean, cant the management do something like buy water to fill up their tank? cz we PAID FOR THE VILLAS AND ITS NOT CHEAP!3. Received text at 10am next morning about checkout reminder which sounds to me like threat : checkout by 12pm. if guests leaved by 1pm, EXTRA CHARGE RM50 and so on. Imagine what i feel after everyone's mood ruined that night? so conclusion, if you can afford somewhere else, please do. WORST WEEKEND &PLACE EVER! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

I love the view, it is lovely with the sunset in the evening and the sea view on the balcony and master room are mind-blowing.

Check-in time is supposed to be at 3.00 pm which is already annoying, shockingly we have to wait another 10 - 15 minutes until the room is ready. Since the reception waiting area isn't air-conditioned, it is a very uncomfortable waiting time. The struggle didn't stop there, once the staff handed over the key to our room, she said the room was not ready yet but we were welcome to enter the room and there you go, the room floor wasn't clean-up, The sauna not working, the microwave oven not working, didn't care about the small LED TV much, no WIFI available, the balcony handrail is in a bad state. The swimming pool isn't well maintained, if use a swimming google, you can see the water is unhygienic. Was waiting for complimentary mineral water, but never arrived.

The apartment was very spacious and had a great view of the sea and pool. The spa bath was a great addition too. For the money we were very happy!

It was a little dated but we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The pool was wonderfully warm, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids adored splashing around in it!Additionally, the sunset view was truly magnificent, offering a breathtaking spectacle that added an extra layer of beauty to our experience.

We encountered an issue with one of our units where the AC wasn't functioning properly, which was especially troublesome given the scorching weather outside. A cooler living room would have been greatly appreciated. Additionally, in another unit, the absence of a smart TV meant there were no channels available for entertainment. These small inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Please be notified that the property is under 5 different managements. Booked 2 unit of sea view villa with private pool. Specifically unit 110&113.The units we book was unfortunately under the worst management. 1. The pool water not circulating. 2. The pool dirty, too many tiles broken. Out of 8 kids, 4 are badly cut just few minutes after they went into the pool.called the management to change unit, instead they send so called ‘technician’ who bring a spoon to remove the cracked tiles and problem solved. No further action was taken. 3. Cockroaches everywhere, blocked sink, broken toilet flush,villa very dusty especially the fan,and the bedroom,bad smell towels provided. 4. Broken water heater, no filter installed inside one of the aircond.5. The toilet stinky with urine the moment I entered the toilet.wonder if they even clean it properly after each checkout.

Tv and bed is comfortable and environment very near to the beach.my family like the beaches and good stay location.

The pool tiles are broken. My niece knees & soles feet got injured so bad. Hope this matters will be fix immediately.then issues with cleanliness. The floor is dirty. please mop the house.Hand towels, floor mat and indoor slippers was not provided.

There was a cockroach inside the master bedroom and all the small cockroaches were everywhere. A bit dusty.
