The staff were not friendly, especially at the front desk. There was no extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. Please add nasi lemak or fried mee hoon to the breakfast menu.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the food was enjoyable both at breakfast and dinner, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I also appreciated the convenient parking space.

Its near to my meeting place, which is good for me, but its location is at the outskirt of the city center

Breakfast is 2 star hotel rating. Pillow covers and bedsheets i think were not replaced with new ones when we checked in, bcos it smells. Someone smoking at stairwells. i requested 1 week earlier for non connecting room, staff said there are no rooms when i came to check in hotel, dissapointing, should have told me earlier

Food dine in is ok and reasonable price and taste is also good. They privode prayer set for muslim.

Check in only allowed after 3.00 pm reason is not ready because of house keeping not done yet. I check in after 4.30pm room is not clean got a lot of dust everywhere yellow wish blacket. Staff only busy on phone during check in.

The room is quite good with full facilities.

Late check in because the room is not ready yet, need about 35 minutes to wait eventhough arrived at 4.15 pm. Need improvement in thus matter.

We love the location because it's away from the busy city centre, hence quiet during night time. Not so far from Imago. Also it only took us about 15 minutes to the airport by car. The room is spacious, clean and modern. So is the bathroom. Truly love the comfy bed and pillow. Breakfast is great and generous. The hotel's restaurant offers great food with a generous portion. A variety to choose from including great choice of middle-eastern menu (my fav!!). Room mini bar and room service upon request. Also the hotel offers free fruit punch at the lobby. I'm a happy customer. It's all about the food. Will definitely stay here again.

We are not Muslim,the mosque just so need our room.Early morning around 5.30am the prayer sounds is high.

The food served in the Arab restaurant below at the ground floor was superb. Ordered the Chicken Mandy, Lamb Mandy and Hummus and they all tested great! You can even order it as Room Service and the price is affordable!

Breakfast was a big letdown, but they have improved since last time I visited. The area now is more spacious and the egg station's service has improved. The other menu are hit and miss - some OK, some not OK, but overall it is good for value.

The room was big and there is enough parking space for all visitors.

The receptionist was rude and had no work ethic. He was sneezing all the time and didn't make an effort to cover his nose and mouth. He also didn't tuck in his shirt and had a stain on it. Honestly, I feel gross by all these experiences. some more, I was assisted by him both during check-in and check out and I hate it. What a bad experience.

Stable and strong internet access. Close to the Masjid Negeri (you can hear the azan). Area inside Malay Muslim kampung area that is not busy but accessible to main town. Very close to the UTC and futsal court. Has a great Arab food restaurant below (ordered the excellent lamb mandy). Clean rooms and facilities. A lot of open and free parking.

Breakfast was a major letdown, lacking variety and taste. Breakfast area was small and crowded. Lobby was also not as decorative or inviting. Can be confused with the Tabung Haji office lobby.

Room service was great! Food was delicious; our orders didn't take long to be ready at all even when room service was busy (had to redial a few times during peak hours, which was well within expectations).Staff are amicable, friendly, polite, and attentive.Both room and bathroom were kept clean and tidy - and the beds! I really, really, really love the bed; the sheets and covers smelled really nice, and the pillows were soft and extremely comfortable - a perfect and inviting combination for a deep sleep. Lighting in the room was sufficient.I was there for a relative's wedding which was held in the hall - it was easy to access and the hall was huge enough to house more than 150 guests at a time (you can check with staff for max occupancy).Don't worry about the temperature outside being hot, just get to your rooms, and the air-conditioning in the rooms will cool you off right away.P. S. If you think you will want to have breakfast at the hotel throughout your stay, do consider to include the breakfast option for your room - that way you can have breakfast at the coffee house on level 1 of the hotel building.

The size of toiletries can be improved. They don't have to be huge, maybe just a bit bigger... I guess medium-sized? It was a bit of a challenge to get the soap to produce bubbles in the shower, so showering can take some time before you feel as if you've cleaned up.

The room is dirty, the wall seems broken a few parts. Breakfast was sad

The glasses there ,still dirty and have coffee in it. Also when im booked at website they said the price was rm283.03 . .but i paid rm303.03.. They didnt sid that have a deposit, because when i check out, no money returned .

It was the 1st time i have 3beds in a room and thats really helpful having 2 kids...with sejadah provided & water pipe to take air sembahyang...quite convenient...avail restaurant to ordee food...im quite happy...thou no swimming pool for my kids ?

At the reception counter..there are few staffs but seems like only 1 staff is capable to attend some issues facing by the customers...some just sit there and some seems dont know what to do
