HYATT CENTRIC KOTA KINABALU

The hotel is very new, and the service is excellent. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior design—stylish and well-executed. The breakfast is also quite good; the cheese chicken wrap is delicious, though it's not available every day. On weekend evenings, there's live music at the bar, which creates a great atmosphere. I also really liked the mystery box cocktails—they were a fun surprise.

The hotel is designed by one of world's best architect,the whole experience inside the building is amazing.The location of the hotel is perfect in the city,the staffs were friendly and helpful.

We booked a sea view and it was not a disappointment at all. We were on the 7th floor, which meant that if we had stayed lower, we would have been on the same level of the mall across the road.The 22nd and 23rd floors provided stunning views of the city, making them ideal places to hang out.

For a family of 3, the standard room was slightly too small. For those expecting queen beds in a twin room, they may find them on a much smaller scale here. Also, there will not be room for an extra bed.Although the balcony seating area was nice, the lack of breeze made it difficult to relax in the heat.

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent staff. A few minutes walk from fhe Jettison terminal and close to lots of restaurants.

The king bed is two beds put together so there is a line in the middle which I found uncomfortable.

Nowhere to sunbathe around the pool. Designed only for people who want only to swim.

The room was spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. Good lightning, spacious balcony and good ocean view. Perfect location - within walking distance to shops, restaurants, jetty. Top floor has both forest and ocean view.

Location was great, and view from the 19th floor suite was amazing. The suite was very spacious and well-designed (open plan). Pleasant staff and fantastic ambience in the rooftop pool and restaurant.

Congested entrance driveway and lack of space to load/unload luggage. Huge sliding doors in the suite were a little heavy for us elderly folks, and more towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful.

Phenomenal breakfast buffet, one of the best ever with a spectacular view of KK. Rooms and architecture are stunning.

Love the sea view, love the spacious room with amenities, front office staff very helpful. Near to Suria sabah mall and jesselton duty free mall, walking distance to Gaya street Sunday market, near to restaurant and tong hing supermarket. Near to jetty if you plan to go for i and hoping. Love the hotel design simple and yet modern.

If there will be a Dyson hairdryer and locitane body wash shampoo and hair conditioner, variety of nepresso capsule and fruit basket instead of all green apple it will be more better. Hope there is more car parking for in house guest, with such a huge room and price range should accommodate for 3 people instead of 2 people only hope management can add more people maybe 4 people for this room.

the location is very good in the heart of the city.. it was clean. Staff is cery accomodating .. friendly.. Ameneties is great as well. The view is stunning

As is common with this chain, the staff can come across as slightly aloof, but they are still friendly and professional.

Building is relatively new.

Staff are friendly but not training. Seems like they don’t know what they’re doing.

I value properties that are clean, well-maintained, and offer excellent value for money.

During my stay, I encountered a strong, unpleasant odor in my room that was nearly nauseating. Interestingly, after returning from work and re-entering the room, the smell had vanished, leaving the room smelling pleasant. The hotel staff promptly addressed the issue by relocating me to a different room. However, the sudden disappearance of the odor upon re-entry was quite perplexing and suggests there might be an underlying problem that needs attention.
