Ming Garden Hotel

Hot humid area - Bathroom shows age. Staff helpful. NO airport shuttle. Shopping local shuttle available 3x/day. Location so so.

Food at the hotel is not up to par. Recommend go to nearby mall (30 min walk)

Cleanliness of room and helpfulness of housekeeping staff in providing extra towels and amenities. Located near upscale Imago shopping mall with M & S, Starbucks, Uniqlo; but it's a 30-minute walk across an overhead pedestrian bridge from hotel.

Breakfast buffet tepid; not good value for money. Hot items were cold; no creamer or fresh juice available. I liked the bread 'n butter pudding. Reception staff could be more accommodating to guests requesting to pay for another night.

Reasonable rate

There was an opened 3/4 water bottle on the counter together with an unopened bottle. Not enough body wash/gel. Only given one small bottle.

the jewel here is the kindness of all the staff: managers, receptionists, people taking the room clean...room very clean and spacious, tidy... buffet breakfast many options to choose from... well everything's perfect...

.... new samsung external hard disk and new pair of samsung earbuds (more or less 160€) disapeared from my room...

The rooms provided were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom wasn't too small and overall, the stay was comfortable.

It was pleasure to stay, nice staff & service. Great room & view!!! Held a family gathering with good package of buffet, karaoke & private room. Recommended ? Thanks, looking forward to stay again.

If you are driving, parking voucher only once a day. Hope additional vouchers daily in the future.

The resturant was not up to standard. The breakfast was limited and over priced for what you got.

Spacious room. Gym. Good variety at breakfast. Staff were so helpful and we were able to leave our luggage for a few days.

Gym equipment needs updating. Gym mats need replacing.

This hotel is extremely dated. It has a clear problem with dampness and hence, has some bad smells. The pool area and bathrooms by pool are flooded due to ceiling leaks. We ordered food at the pool and after a 20minute wait, they approched us to tell us they don’t do food anymore and we must go to our rooms for room service - which we did and no one answered the phone. This hotel advertised a pool bar, and I was told at reception that they haven’t had this, nor a hotel bar since Covid. Breakfast was varied but food took long to replenish and was cold. The rooms were very noisy from the main road outside. We had to get a grab taxi to every location as it is beside a busy road.

The room is huge, good air conditioning

Stay 3 days 2 night and I bring my car with me,, the parking not FOC for all stay but only FOC for 1 time paking,, so the rest I need to pay the parking. The parking rate not cheap rm4/ entry and overnight rm5 which is same as I parking at mall. The seposed give foc parking for guest or lower the parking rate.

Actually ming garden we always stay evertime time holiday school holiday.only the toilet olease clean the floor properly a but dirty

Great location near big malls and markets, rooms sizes are great and have decent amenities

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the male receptionist (working on 5 april 2025 morning) during my recent visit. His manner of communication was rather unfriendly and did not reflect the level of professionalism expected. This made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. I hope the management will take this matter seriously and take steps to improve the quality of service for the comfort of future customers

1. I can say they provide a cheap price for this kind of room. 2. The bed is so big3. Everything i need is inside4. Free internet with strong connection ??5. A lot car park & u can get free parking if u stay in their hotel.

the room provided is very spacious and comfortable for us. It’s clean and complete with all the necessary facilities. we also requested for baby cot and it’s so comfortable for our child. all employees are very helpful and nice. we were very satisfied during our stay there for a week

The location is great. Near town and major shopping mall. Room condition was good, clean and well keep.

Bit of a walk to get to the shopping centre. A way away from the city centre so restaurants are a little further away.
