hard to parking , as limited space at noon time

The room is clean and the location is good. Many restaurants around.

The toilet doesn't have a bidet.

Pillows n cover hygiene not there.2 Next door guests too noisy walking up down after 10pm and no one bother to control the situations

Throw away too worn-out pillow n cover.Sanctify the cigarette ? smell at the reception 24/7.Control the noises at all times.

I like this hotel because near restoran n more shop.

The pillow is too thin.. Please give a thicker pillow..

Ada hairdryer dan mini fridge...water pressure sangat puas hati... terima kasih... recommended..

the ac was okay, better than before.

no bidet in the toilet. got only one at the sink only. I was given a small pail and no dipper.

The staff were friendly. Facilities was perfect. Strategic location with a lot of shops nearby to fulfill our needs. Always chose this hotel every time i went to KK. Worth your money. Recommended

The bed a bit noise every time your move. For some people it still acceptable but some people might get distracted with that cracky sound.

Towel smells weirdNo water hose for toilet (need to request from the hotel: they will provide u bucket and "cebok")

I like everything because it is comfortable and safe for solo traveller.

The bed and rooms are clean . Water pressure very good

I wish theres bidet for toilet . Comfortable for those prefer bidets then just tissue

Overall the hotel was nice, clean and a great place for us to take a rest. Actually we only checked in for a few hours since our flight was delayed. But still the hotel is great. They give us side by side room as per requested. The view is also nice. The hotel is just beside zus coffee and tealive. Very near to restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, etc.

No hose in the toilet. If you want to shi shi, you can only wash using a small cup provided. Maybe owner could provide a hose later.

Has a position not far from the city and a quiet environment.

There are many restaurants and conveniences nearby.

Many eatery arround this hotel. 7 eleven, bank, watsons and even clinic nearby. Easy to find e-hailing. Close to golf driving range very convenient for golfer. Non smoking hotel.

Nice, clean, great location for an early morning flight. Located right next to many good restaurants.

Located right beside ZUS Coffee my favorite coffee spot

No elevator, but if travel light, no problem

No breakfast provided but instead we enjoyed our breakfast at the nearest restaurant.

The air-conditioning in our room need to undergo servicing. Not cold enough.

Ideal for a short stay before moving on to other parts of Sabah. Many eating shops, banks and offices nearby

Near to restaurants,99 speedmart,banks..easy to access but difficult to find parking..WiFi also good but sometimes can't get..maybe the room not so near to moderm

The room that I stayed for these day quite small..small area to pray..as mention before,need to upgrade the TV channels
