Surprisingly clean, tasteful design and very affordable.

I got a room facing the car park of which during the late afternoon hours become a bit noisy due to working people who parked their car there warmed up their engine before driving home!

Its central location to bank, eateries, Gaya Market, grocery, massage, tourist bureau. A safe area even at night. In house bottled water; great local coffee and tea always available in room. Environmental considerations

There was smoke in our room on several occasions ?cause & it was a smoke free hotel. Staff offered to spray deodorant. This hotel did not have any restaurant facilities. Breakfast would have been an asset. Front of house staff being trained.

Huge, clean room and right in the middle of the city. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Great comfy beds and pillows.

can not provide invoice though i already ask invoice from hotel. It is a big problem to business trip May not choose this hotel again

Great location and great value! Walking distance to the mall (Suriah Sabah). The hotel has no breakfast but there are cafes just outside. Cafe Ping has exceptionally good food, we had breakfast there.

Front desk service was very good - had a room where the air-conditioning wasn't working. Though it took 2 phone calls to sort it out, they moved me to a new room where they made sure the air-con was working properly and cooled the room down before handing it to me. Very thoughtful of them,.

Powerful spacious showers, large comfortable bed. All we needed after a Kinabalu climb.

The Aircon totally didn't work in most of the bedrooms, 4 out of 5bedrooms I have stayed, the Aircon was not functioning. All 4times, I have had to change rooms (twice,thanks to staff member Brian Gregory) . The lobby's Aircon is also malfunctioning and the lobby's toilet is ALWAYS wet The Aircon duct must be blocked up and I wonder what mold or plants or dead lizards are growing inside. They need a complete overhaul of the Aircon system Despite me being a "Regular"customer, this Aircon issue has become such a major problem that I will NO longer stay here ever again nor do I recommend anyone else to stay

This is the third time I stayed and twice the Aircon didn't work (very little air) and we were given new rooms twice and even at 16'c it feels like 25'c hot and sweaty. And the lobby is super sweaty,they need a dehumidifier in the lobby and PROPER Aircon maintenance

Location good.Staff very professional.

Lighting poor, especially in the bathroom. Not well lit at all.

Proximity, close to mall and main streets. Heaps of eating places as well. Across the main street is the Malay seafood bazaar. Fresh bounties from the sea, and at very reasonable prices.

Great location. Easy to looking for foods around the hotel, and thumbs up for the staffs of this hotel.

It's time to refurnish the hotel especially the bathroom.

Excellent location

1) WiFi connection was bad and slow. Keeps getting disconnected2) shower floor gets flooded because there is blockage with the sewer system3) pillow was too soft

Love the location, the spaciousness of the room which I chose deliberately.

Couldn’t accommodate early checkin due to busy season. Poor internet connection as it kept dropping out which is most annoying. I probably would not stay here again for this reason. Housekeeping not up to scratch as it left the room with a used bath towel. Not great value for price paid.

Location and spacious room. Good bed and shower

Wifi was completely inadequate. Reception for phone also not available. Both these are important today. Reception area has a computer that doesn’t work. Spa bath in room also didn’t work.
