Staff was so incredibly delightful

Location was near to many restaurants along Gaya street and easy access to shops too.

Location、friendly staffs、good service、comfortable bed、room's size...

Don't have WiFi service inside my room.

Our family room was very spacious. Views are spectacular when all curtains are open.

Hard to get carpark.

Hotel room is fully furnished and given enough room essentials, thank you

the wifi was not functional most of time..checked with reception and seems this is expected. They are kind enough to log me in the lobby wifi when needed, but why not fix the room wifi directly?

Quite central Stores to explore Lots of small eateries

Ants in the roomPillows hard n uncomfortable Given an upper room on the 8th Floor, but could still hear traffic n people talking on the streets.

Great location! 5 minutes walk to the malls nearby. The restaurant down the hotel has real good Italian food. There's restaurants, marts, some tourist spots walking distance.

The lights on the room are a little dim but apart from that it was perfect

Location is good.

Aircon was poor and not cold. Room was basic. The positioning of the shower head lead to water always seeping, from a shower, into the general area of the bathroom.

Good value for money. Located close to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room.

Parking a challenge. Could notcheck in early and no WIFI in lobby or area to wait with luggage while waiting for check in.

The staff was accommodating in checking me in very late after my flight was delayed.

Very strategic location. Walking distance to shopping malls.

Parking difficulties

VIP Suite is big with a great view. Very convenient location for malls and the pier for island hopping. Good value.Near Gaya street and the new ‘cool’ district with good bars and restaurants.

The WiFi didn’t work and the bathroom was very small (especially considering the large size of the room)

Great location. A short walk to Gaya street, Jesselton Pier, markets and malls. And very near to the ‘Maybank’ photo spot.

A little noisy. Some guests keep their room doors open so they can shout/move between rooms.
