Manja Hotel

The hotel nearby shopping malls & a lot of 24hrs halal restaurant.

The hotel doesn’t have facial tissue, no slipper, no complimentary mineral water. The Astro channel doesn’t work properly & limited channel only.

Near to shopping mall, convenience store & laundry.

No daily use (extended hourly) room rate.

Near to imago, easy to get meals and parking

Not very clean. Disliked the bed linen, was not properly covering the comforter which was quite old and a bit moldy, had to sleep without comforter at night because of the dirty comforter. Facilities was quite old as well

Close to imago and other facilities(24 hr restaurant, marts and laundry)

The staff was helpful and friendly when it came to assisting us during maintenance of the failed amenities.

The maintenance of the amenities were very bad. They had to shift us out of one room to another due to the failed amenities. This caused me to be delayed for my appointment. Additionally, parking was not covered by the hotel. Parking will have to be paid every time you exit or enter the property. The key cards were also faulty from time to time.

Location easy axxess

Does not have nearer Drop off and pick up area and need to walk and carry luggages from the other block to reach the hotel

Covenient to halal restaurants nearby, laundrymat, IMAGO and convenient stores.

The location is very good. Near to Imago.

The shower room's heater cannot function well. Hope to be approved.

Location wise was ok

Cleanliness & rooms condition ( ac not working properly) Paid extra charges on extended check out, even 5 star hotel could tolerate with extra mins/hours checked out

Walking distance to imago

The staff is not super friendly. Only allowed to borrow iron and hairdryer for 30 mins and was asked to take it ourself from the reception. Asked for a few hours extension for check out, the person who called me at that time was not super friendly. Im planning to pay for the extension and nit asking for free.
