I love the private pool that is attached to the villa. It brings so much convenience for us with children.

The villa (which we stayed in) need maintenance, i.e. Sofa and curtains need washing. Lightings in the bedrooms need to be checked (i.e. maybe light bulbs need replacement), as well as cutleries (whether enough or not for the number of guests coming) prior to guests check-in.

love it. Luxurious and contemporary. Almost complete facilities. Love the tub, and especially the private pool. Kids played in it day and night. Unit is also very close to the beach, flat seabed, not too deep, mild waves,simply enjoyable. Buy all your necessities at nearby supermarket about 10km away before coming. Enjoy the sunset by the beach.

All of the sliding doors and tall windows were riveted shut and it extremely annoying. Even the sliding at the dining by the pool are shut. You can’t have an enjoyable by the pool breakfast. They probably got fed up with people misusing the house and staining the pool…, but If I got tools, I’d pry the rivet open! Internet must be rented, but the connection was useless. You’d better off using your own hotspot.

The staff- Security staff is pretty helpfulManagement very bad. Dont have receptionist. When i asked if i can drop My luggage via whatsapp before check in time, they did not reply me . Call them, did not answer. I dont mind if we can’t put our luggage but at least give your customer an answer. They Ignore me when i asked for invoice. Asked if booking.com issued the invoice, i told them booking.com ask them to issued. Asked again and again, did not reply. If you dont mind bad management, its ok to stay.

It was super far away from everything! It was dirty, smelled of mold, and the beds were very uncomfortable. We ended up paying for a hotel in addition to this place, for six of the eight nights we stayed there.

THe house was good although a bit tired. the pool was great. The location is a bit out of the way and not much nearby but if you want relaxing away from it all it is great the beach is great to swim in and safe.

Lack of eateries nearby even the hotel next door didnt offer much in the way of eating facilities.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. The location was perfect.The staff was friendly and efficient. Our unit was so close to the pool & beach.Easy self check in and check out instruction.

No wifi provided for this unit 1 rooms spa suites)Even our own data ( Umobile ) got poor connection.

- beautiful set up on massive beach with clean water- room service- size of villa and comfortable beds

- no information about builders working on the beach (just in front of villa) when contacted by whats app- first time I experienced sharing bank card details by WhatsApp?- a bit long way to shops/restaurants etc

The kitchen staff was very friendly and the food was great! Personal villa pool was nice, big pool was closed for construction

The front desk staff was not very friendly. I think it was a language barrier thing. They seemed much more helpful over Whatsapp (when they could use translation).

The environment are peaceful.

The maintenance need to improve a little bit especially the sink , it’s leaking,old and fragile.

Equipped facilities, clean & good ambiance!

The overall experience was pleasant, there were a couple of issues that need attention.Firstly, the air conditioning in the dining area was not functioning well, making it uncomfortably hot, especially during meal times. This affected our comfort, and I hope it gets fixed soon.Secondly, most of the spotlights in the pool were not working, making it quite dark at night. This not only made it harder to see but also affected the overall ambiance of the villa.Aside from these issues, the villa itself was beautiful, and the surroundings were great for relaxation. If these maintenance problems are addressed, it would make the stay much more enjoyable.

Location right on the beach like none other. Sound of the waves is amazing. Stayed in an apartment that was older, but very clean and comfortable inside. Staff were helpful. Nice deck & view.

Mouse poo in the utensil drawer in the morning & found a large cockroach jumping on the bedroom floor. I know this can be difficult to help but it was an unpleasant moment.

Right on the beach. Not only could I hear the waves crashing against the shore, but this in combination with the high ceilings inside the pool villa suite contributed to an expansive feeling of energy I would definitely come for again. Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff.
