Its a 3 star hotel, so everything was just average.

The place is rather dated, not new. But eveything in the room works. Noting lacking in any way. Just nice for a short stay in KK.

Great value for money. Big room, comfortable bed. Clean towels and complimentary water every day. Helpful friendly staff.

Breakfast does not really cater to western tastes. However, they will cook you eggs if you ask

very nice huge apartments.. nice breakfast option. if you leaving earlier they are rovided take away breakfast package

only some facilities are worn out. but not big deal

I like the View

At night there are always noises outside the window like someone throwing little rock to the window but we live on the 11th floor and sometimes there are noises at the toilet but we don't know what , we keep waking up because the sound is too loud ..

The location is superb, parking is available but the facilities seems not maintained accordingly. We first checked in into a room with moisture issue due to leaking at the bathroom. We requested to change into a another room, thanks to the helpful staff. However, the hotel can improve by emphasizing a good cleaning practice and maintenance of facilities and rooms.

Everything ok, food ok, parking ok.. easy to access

The view. not expect much because the hotel is not near the sea... :).. but still i like the hotel.. value for money

Close to city centre, water front and Imago mall. Big size rooms

On the plane take off path. Rather noisy with every 10-15 minutes fly over. Cooking utensils not available. House keeping poor

- room was quite dirty and very basic- there were basic cooking facilities but only 1 spoon and 1 fork for eating and nothing to use to wash up - breakfast was average - bit of a walk to slightly busier areas

Reasonable price with breakfast provided and free parking

All good just no walkable distance to food and groceries nearby

Swimming pool and nice view, room is quite big, location is not bad and close to foodcourt, restaurants and malls

Personnels kept distant, no greeting, I missed the Malaysian hospitality and warmth; outdated gyms,

We booked the 3-bedroom property, so the rooms we got were spacious (including the living room & kicthen). Lift was okay as we didn’t have to wait for a very long time.

1. Upon check-in we found out that one of the blanket in one of the rooms was dirty 2. Window issues: (This was also partly my fault) however, I only came to tealise on the second night of staying that the window in my room was wide open - note sure if this was from the cleaning process before we checked-in? I didn’t bother to check earlier on as there was a chair in front of the window area (window was above the chair and was covered by the curtains). 3. Air-conditionings leaked water in one of the rooms as well as the living room causing slippery floor

The master bedroom's door handle was a bit loose..please check before the guest arrive..

The hotel is strategic...the staff is very helpful..far from noise..

Breakfast was good although not many choice. The room is spacious which is good for family.

Pool is too small and not suitable for kids

The room is super duper large. Very good for big family to stay. The view from the room is outstanding!

There's a kitchen in the room but no dishwashing liquid and table rag. Water will leak out from the shower room and we can't find any foot mat.
