Lovely communal areas including the rooftop bar which was cool! Room was nice and just what we needed too.

Not sure having a room with a window was worth extra money, but was still nice!

This was a great place to stay on arrival. It heavily rained both nights I was there so I stayed in the hostel but I wasn’t bored. I ate at both the rooftop and the lobby restaurants and both offered great food options. I hung out on the bean bags in the coworking space and spent hours editing pictures and videos bc I was so comfortable. I even went down the slide once which was fun. The hostel is modern and the murals added to the vibe. The staff is very kind and friendly. The beds were comfortable, clean, and had a privacy curtain. I was very surprised that I fit my osprey 70l check in backpack, 45l carry on backpack, and a small duffel in the cabinet under the bed. Each cabinet came with a code provided at check in. That was convenient as I didn’t need to use my own lock. The showers were clean. Each floor had an ironing station and a water (hot & cold) dispenser which was great!

Loved our stay at Toojou. It has a really cool vibe. The location was great and walkable to all the sites. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. Comfy bed, air conditioning and nice hot shower were great! Would stay here again.

Really helpful staff who could give good tips for activities and restaurants. The rooftop bar was great and the social spaces were very stylish.

Location was great to access surrounding cafes. Bed itself had great light, curtain, ladder and individual powerpoint plus a proper pillow and duvet which was appreciated. Water refill stations on each level. Good size lockers for bags.I ate at the restaurant and food was delicious. Great common area.Close to 7/11, pharmacies, cafes and markets. Short walk to waterfront and malls too. I would stay here again purely from soft pillows and mattresses- perhaps the best I had in SEA.

Hostel bathrooms ran out of toilet paper around 10pm at night x2 nights in a row. With no spares insight. This really is not okay.The public can use the common areas as extra seating for the restaurant- I was using the 'co-work' space however families were impacting ability to use this area as intended. Perhaps public should only be able to use the ground floor of restaurant.Live music from bar is extremely loud and can be heard very clearly in rooms until they stop.. this did impact mine & others sleep. So if this is something of importance to you- perhaps check which night the music will be on.

Restaurant mentioned and that's why I booked this place as I stayed only for one night - it was closed!!! No value for the money

Great location, clean room which was perfect for our stay and great communal areas for chilling/doing admin and grabbing a snack.

Found hot water in the shower was limited

Modern and youngsters have a good hangover place.

1. A bit noisy with music until very early in the morning.2. It would be better if there are 2 chairs for a twin sharing room.

I recently stayed at Toojou, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay extremely comfortable.The hotel also offered great facilities :)

Good location and comfortable spacious dorm rooms. Private rooms were comfortable but small.

We had to move rooms twice in three days due to broken and leaking air conditioning and broken door that wouldn’t lock. They asked us to move rooms at 11pm and then moved people into the room at 2am. Barely slept the whole time we were there.

Provide rubber slippers on share toilet.

The toilet were to wet, if got slipper would be better.

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and they did try to resolve the various issues I had. The location is also good.

Unfortunately, my overall experience staying here was very negative. I stayed in the twin room, and both beds had sheets and duvets that were heavily stained. What's more, the reading lamp in my room was broken. Having arrived in the late evening, I picked the cleaner bed and stayed in the room without raising a complaint. That is, until the lock on the room broke and I couldn't get back inside on the second day. Someone was sent to repair the lock but had to ultimately remove the handle and locking apparatus altogether, all while I had to wait in the lobby. At this point, I was asked to pack up my things and move to another room. Very inconvenient, especially given I was staying for only two nights. I still paid full price for this very subpar experience. Even without the glaring issues, the hostel space is not designed well for socialising (e.g. combined workspace and social space), so you may want to avoid it if you would like to get to know fellow travellers. Sadly not a hostel I would ever return to.

My favourite hotel when i go to KK. This is my third time here. Love all of their instagrammable spot.

Once we got a room that was quiet, it was nice. The staff went above and beyond to help.

The rooms with windows are sooo noisy.

clean, tidy verry small room with window, clean bathroom, clean entire hotel, good restaurant and rooftop terrace, where they also serve beer, extremely friendly and helpful staff who help with various practical information, good wifi, good location and neighborhood close to the city center, close to restaurants and shops

extremely small room, too small even for 2 backpackers, there was nowhere to put things, we took a room with windows, the windows were taped, they couldn't be opened, very uncomfortable because there was no fresh air, the air conditioner was working and towards the morning you no longer had oxygen in the room, at the reception they said that the windows were taped for the safety of the guests

Location near to all attractive place,doby and shop just nearby,staff were helpful and frenly

Toothbrush need to request at counter ,no toothpaste so better to bring by your. ironing facilities also need to request, there's no room cleaning unless you request it. No reserve parking for customer,you can park wherever nearby.
