Staff very pleasant

Location ,directly on parking arcade,room very gloomy,no atmosphere. I booked 3 Nights left after 1.

The location is very convenient—centrally located in the city and close to the airport.

The area from the ground floor to the 3rd floor looks dull, very quiet, and feels a bit scary.The room lighting is too bright; having a dim or warm light option would be better, as the white light hurt my eyes.Extra pillows are not complimentary and cost RM5 each. The pillows provided are very thin and uncomfortable for sleeping.Between 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM, people were knocking on different room doors. One incident before 5:00 AM was very aggressive. This made me feel unsafe, and there did not seem to be security cameras or proper monitoring.The check-in time of 2:00 PM feels quite late.

Don't stay here. It's very old and dirty. Cigarette smells and staff with bad attitude. The rooms are small and cramp. It's inside an old mall, very hard to find. I didn't feel safe here.Having seen this place after booking. I didn't stay here but they refused to give me a refund. So they charged me a full there nights stay even though I didn't stay here.

The air-conditioning leaking, dripping on top of your head, even the sockets broken, can't use it. No TV. No hairdryer. No toiletries.

Well located. Situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu.

Facilities of the room. And low water pressure especially in the morning.

Aircond is new. Towel is clean. Water heater function well. Room is decent.

Toilet is smelly and water is stagnant. Pillow and bedsheets smells very bad.

The price is good. Very reasonable if you to want have vacation with little budget

The location is hidden. Very hidden, hard to find. Should put the banner for oyo hotel at the entrance of star city mall. The bedsheets and pillows case seem like haven't been washed for a awhile. Haha

I love the room, eventhough the size is just compact; the facilities is good. No issue for me. Just that the TV and wifi is not working at the moment. But, we're still happy staying here! Thank you very much.

Overall reasonable price since we only use the room for sleep.

Location is hidden, can't really see it from the roadside.Room has window but clearly no view.

I recently stayed at Super OYO 89847 Switz Paradise Hotel in Kota Kinabalu for one night on Feb 14 - Feb 15. The overall experience was positive. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff was courteous, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The hotel's location was convenient, and the stay offered good value for the price. I would consider staying here again in the future.

I just like the location and the front desk are helpful and kind.

they should clean the linen when the guest is check in. I noticed it's not that clean there's still hair in the bed and stain.

The Room is fair for the price, it’s big enough for 1 person, facilities could be better in the room if there is wardrobe. Very convenient location, restaurants are nearby, convenience store, walking distance to the waterfront and the night market, shopping mall with atm machines and money changer. Good value for money. You can leave your luggage at the hotel to be picked up later is a great service and very convenience!

I had trouble finding the hotel since there was only a sign on the floor for direction at the end of the shopping mall, I think would have been better if any main entrance showed where the hotel is located. Would have been helpful if at the check in to have an information about which lift to use as some of the main door which have access to the lift closed at 9pm. Perhaps a floor map or more sign for hotel direction inside the building will help a lot of people in the future.

It's cheap, good location, bathroom was probably nicest part, good for a "passing through" stop.

The aircon was so dirty, some of the wall Panels fell off, bed sheets had stains. Also came up with free parking, and there is 3 "only for guests" parking slots allocated by the check in desk but the reception said we cannot use it it's not for guests. But confusing.

Facility in the room need to replace. Very old And cockroaces any where.

Location of the hotel is hard to find, not many facilities other than a desk and a chair. WiFi was not available due to updates which we were informed at check in. Very noisy, from the shopping centres and from other guests.

There was no wifi and couldn't on tv. They said that it's out of service until new year. Should have fix it earlier

The floor wasn't clean enough, I see hairs everywhere. The tv cannot use, no signal no astro, super bored! When I borrowed their iron there were limits 30 minutes use only even the iron was so old and almost broken. I've been a regular customer since 2015 and the last 2 years all the facilities and also the staffs quite arrogant to people who come to this hotel. I was so disappointed and I've decided that this is the last time I've ever stay in this hotel until it fixed. I'm sorry I had to leave this review here. Switz paradise hotel is one of my favourite place to stay,but I'm sorry I had to be honest that these few times back I don't think I wanna stay here anytime soon

It was okay, the guy was very friendly in explaining things. It was just a stopover so it was comfy. The price just okay.

There's no table in the room, a bit small but since we were not spending a lot of time it was okay
