The minimalist room style is nice and comfortable

The mattress seems a little bit old, maybe need to change new one. Superb location but quite noisy cause locate beside main road, please think twice if you are light sleeper.

Location.

Hotel is quite new, but poorly maintained. Avoid rooms on the first floor as it is very humid/damp and smells of mold.Room on the top floor (3rd) was OK. Still annoying hum coming from the electric switch box 24/7 and windows are with zero soundproofing.

near shopping mall.

it can be a little noisy since the place near the main road. and hardly to find parking around the hotel.

Extra hangers for cloths.Nearby shopping malls & eateries.Hotel surroundings calm & easy.

Clean room. Great hot shower. The towel is acceptable.

Tiny room. Safe is locked by previous guest(s). Aircon is installed at the corner, so the cold air cannot circulate well, your upper body will feel very cold while your lower body will feel warm unless sleep in a different direction.Disturbed by the noise from the bar next to the hotel at night and also constant low pitch humming from the water piping throughout our stay.

At the town centre and strategy location and room unit was clean.

The room sound proofing system was not good. A bit noisy(sound from the main road) and pillows are too hard. Can't sleep well.

Clean, tidy, quality products, good maintenance and good location, everywhere within walking distance. Very reasonable price at that location.

The room is small

Strategic place with beautiful lobby and rooms. Spacious room, quality furnishings & comfy bed.

Walking distance to waterfront, food and mall.

Street parking only and little noisy due to close proximity to a club. Can hear the music till 2am

it’s affordable new hotel, clean and near to airport and it’s within the city centre.

Great location, clean, we could leave or baggages there for 1 day, when we went to Mount Kinabalu. Worth the price.

Aircondition could only function in heavy mode, so we cannot sleep with it and without it was hot. Mattress was too soft. Bit loud.

Good location, for a budget accommodation this was ideal, staff very helpful and friendly.

There’s no doubt that this hotel has one of the best positions at the center of KK island, and it’s quite close to the airport. Hotel is close to the Jesselton Position where you can book your hopping island trip.

Rooms are quite small, and bed size is small as well.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Clean room and enough facilities needed.

The room is very new, very clean.The hotel staff is friendly, recommend place to visit and help when we have questions. Can walk to many places from the hotel, like gaya street. Really values for money and will stay again if have next visit to KK.
