Lintas Platinum Hotel

Stayed here a couple of times. Love the location and the parking.

Stayed at room 320. This time I do find it a little bit uncomfortable. The pillow and the mattress are quite smelly - musty -

Clean. Convenient location to the airport. Many shops nearby - eateries, convenience store.

Close to the airport

Things are old and working example you can only turn the TV off at the main switch not using the remote. The bedsheets have markings. The towels are yellow. The shower area have mould stains.

Staff is friendly

The bed sheet had stains, which was unacceptable.The staff argued over the bond refund, and the registered staff did not inform us that we needed to keep the receipt for signature verification. When I finally found the receipt, there was no signature on it at all! This gives the impression that they were trying to withhold the bond unreasonably.Additionally, it was very noisy at night due to a function on the top level.The location was also inconvenient, making it difficult to get a Grab ride.

Overall good.

Stay 2 nights. First night, at 2am received call from room telephone but no voice.2nd nights, unplugged telephone wires so my nights won't be disturbed. But still received call at 2am, but this time from toilet telephone. So weird hahaha.

My husband & kids are like the cleanliness of the room. Everything was good & nice. Great place to stay. Walking distance to the supermarket and easy to find food.

We cannot watch the tv coz the tv channel wasn't clear.

Very clean and tidy. It's easy to have breakfast because all in one place. Convenient place. Near the mall open 24 hours. Easy to park a car.

Near to a lot of facilities. Easy to get ehailing rides. Facilities was good. Room clean. A fridge would be nice. But otherwise good!

Location near the airport and surround with some good food restaurant. Highly recommend for guest that have car this hotel provide free parking. Save place to park your car.

The hotel location is great where there is a 24 hours hypermarket beside and surround by most of the fast food restaurant such as KFC and Pizza Hut. It would be really convenient to purchase some daily necessity.

There is no small fridge provided in the room, and the sound of outdoor unit of air conditioning and car vehicle are quite loud.

Didn't have breakfast but location is great.

asking for cash deposit on check in. maybe accept cashless option in future.

Try to call reception to request a shower cream but no one answer. When I go down myself to counter, I saw the receptionist is using EarPod listening music, phone desk ring totally didn’t answer. Please improve on this matter. Others is good

The room that we stayed in was spacious and clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful during check in and check out process. We arrived late but still got the bellboy service to send our bags to our room. The hotel is very near to the airport so it's a good choice for a quick stay when you arrive or before you depart from KK. There are also

No bar fridge, towels were old and torn. Mosquitoes were in the hotel room.
