Located right in the shopping mall,free car park,get direct access to shopping mall

In the mall, difficult to find, impossible to order Grab, different elevators, very confusing, weird

Room is clean

Noisy..car and music..

It's the same building with the shopping mall suria Sabah, and free parking.

The coffee doesn't taste that good.

Centrally located amoungst the lovely hustle and bustle.Clean rooms and friendly staff but a little odd crossing a multistory carpark to get bteakfast. Recommend the lancostines from the local market which are very fresh and meaty.

Aircond at room 746 not cold at 18c. Need to service or repair.

The room is ok for 2pax, toilet is huge - ironing board provided.

The parking is complicated, was given season pass but it was not working. My card was charged (refunded by hotel). Because they share parking with Suria Sabah mall.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was great. Had a hairdryer and Iron in the room too. The breakfast was great!

It was hard for us to find parking, but it was all good in the end.

The location is in the main area of the town and in the shopping mall. Easy to go shopping or food hunting..

The staff is friendly

1. My colleague's room at 7th flr and his sleep was disturbed by people singing Karaoke at 8th flr, very noisy. 2. Morning breakfast is far away. 3. Wifi inside room is weak and inconsistent, cannot be used most of the time

Variety of breakfast selection served and it took me different days to try out the food. Especially loved the local coffee served in the breakfast buffet.

Everything is excellent. Keep doing what you are doing.

The hotel is very humid so they need to invest in multiple DEHUMIDIFIERS. With such humidity, cool air from the Aircon becomes piercingly cold,yet when you use warm air, you get sweaty all the time. The breakfast was excellent but they need to beautify the walkway using plants or wall divider to separate from the ugly car park. Get rid of the safe and fridge,put in seats or a bench for putting luggage or to put on shoes. . DEHUMIDIFIER will stop the mold and wood damages. For the hotel to look posh, must put yellow light throughout not mix of low class white light

The spread/ choice of breakfast was wonderful. The view from The Glass made up for the short walk from hotel to the dining area

Water was not hot even though the tap lever was turned maximum.

I like only its easy ekses to mall

The view Block by wind blocker. The is a pillar in the room. The room not as in the picture.
