room is so small. picture and details on the website different from what I get,
The room was tranquil and there was no noise from the other rooms. It's easier to sleep here.
The room was a good size for only a few people. A family of 4 can barely fit.
cosy and clean
limitation of space
Facilities including iron and ironing board in each room.
1. Stale odour in lobby and corridors.2. Booked a room with windows and requested for high floor but hotel provided a room on the first floor with a window facing a dark corridor.3. Limited choice for breakfast.
Bfast offer no choices… some need to pay extra even basic / common need such as half boil eggs.
1. Would be better if aircond much cooler2. Bfast should have better choice & generous
It was near to the place we need to go. Also just beside the mall.
The breakfast was very simple and not that tasty for morning meal. Nothing else to choose but it's fine. The bathroom door need to be fix. Has no lock and handle.
Breakfast was alright. Mall nearby, convenient for shopping. They moved us to a new and better room after we placed our complaint. Great response from the staff for criticism.
Check the room for peculiar scent, check the bathroom condition or etc before allowing it to be used by coming guest
The location is good as it's connected with 1 Borneo Shopping Mall.
The room is run down & too congested.
Excellent wifi
1.Wifi only connected to tv (no password given)2. Breakfast only for 1pax and not responding to whatsapp number given3. No complimentary toiletries (toothbrush n toothpaste)4. No complimentary drinks (coffee, tea)5. Bed without headboard and old pillows
The carpet it old, no maintenance n smelly
Clean and good staff
Add one mirror in the room....it's the only one in the bathroom...
Can play netflix and the view was nice
Parking lot so limited.. eventho pay rm10/per entry but its depends on our lucky if got space for us or not..
near mall(1borneo)
1) poor breakfast because the choices are limited and the fried rice is not very cooked2) the staff there didn't help us when we want to get out from the parking in front of the hotel.because there was a rope blocking us we had to open the rope ourselves
Front desk hospitality. May recommend Hotel due to excellent location to 1Borneo Mall. Lots of eatery.
Have TV but no channels. Only U Tube avail. Paid more than RM200 but breakfast not up to standard. Housekeeping has to be reminded. Otherwise, rest is ok.
