Comfortable room, nice staff and servic. I liked the location and the front office staff and manager were very accommodating.

The bathroom tub in the room was not senior friendly. At 72 struggled to gen into the high tumb to use the shower. On day o e went to breakfast and the food was all cold, could not have breakfast. The rest of the days it was fine

The location is great, very close to KKIA, and surrounded by convenient spots. Anjung Senja is right in front for seafood, and Api-Api Commercial District at the back has everything from convenience stores to fast food and mamak. Super easy to get a Grab too.The Superior Double Room was comfortable, with plenty of amenities. I really appreciated the mini fridge, the ironing board, and the master switch by the bed so you can turn off everything easily. Service was good as well, the staff were welcoming, and they replaced my lost access card without any penalty.

The hotel is nice but you can clearly feel its age from the ambience and decoration. The work desk in the room is quite small, making it hard to use for work. The iron heats up slowly. The bathroom feels a bit cramped, and the bidet side switch was troublesome, would’ve preferred a normal hose. The breakfast buffet was just okay, with limited variety and not much protein. For the price, you can probably get a newer, better room elsewhere.

The location is superb—very strategic and close to many attractions. It’s easy to get a Grab or taxi anytime because the place is highly accessible. The breakfast is also satisfying, with plenty of food and drinks. Not to forget, the staff provided excellent and fast service during breakfast. I got a room with a sea view on the 7th floor, and the view was absolutely beautiful!" ?✨

I didn't like the carpet smell when we first entered the room, but thankfully, the smell disappeared after we turned on the air conditioning. There's no water due to a water supply disruption across all areas in Kota Kinabalu, but fortunately, the hotel management provided us buckets of water for our 2 days stay.

Club floor with separate lounge for breakfast and cocktails. Was nice to have a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

The beds were quite hard! Also there was a lot of construction going on for new fitness facilities.

It is in the middle of town

1) Check in staff not friendly - sour face when check in as if i owe him something2) Remote TV battery did not function. Request to change remote battery but nobody came. 3) Breakfast food served was cold and not appetizing 4) Carpet was dirty We end up cancel another night and went to stay in Lee Meridien and the stay was fabulous!

Overall was pleasant

As I paid for the Club LOunge throughout - only 1 day for breakfast was in the Lounge. The rest was downstairs due to insufficient number of guest bookings. They only open the lounge if more than 10 pax is present. Not ideal especially for those of us who paid for this service.

Mix of tourists and corporate, a nice large hotel. Good breakfast.

Pool wasn't easy to access.

The all you can eat breakfast that was included, was a huge selection and was wonderful! Everything was delicious and there was plenty being replenished and plenty of seating.Great hotel in a lovely location, all our rooms had oceanview which was much appreciated.

Overall experience was good, nice staff and customer service. Food was great, cleanliness and etc. Keep up good service Promenade KK.

Actually nothing. " Nice to have" would be to have a bar.

The hotel needs to focus more on room cleanliness,carpet not clean, and leftovers in the minibar.The rest is good.Staff is friendly and front office manager, Ms. salina greeting us in a very well manner.

Staffs were friendly. The processes of check-in and out were really smooth.

There was nothing problematic. But it might have been better if shampoo and body wash had not been a single-use type.

The entire building smelled a bit moldy, we found a lot of mold in our bathroom, gym was closed due to renovations, pool area was not really nice
