Location is so convenient. Shopping center, sea-view and next to the boat port to islands.

Old facility and narrow bathroom

location excellant. very accessible. can get easy access to travel and taxis, walking distance to shopping mall just across the road. Room very clean, linen clean, they provided me with soft pillows on request, Breakfast can be easily obtained from the mall opposite usually after 10 am... nearby restaurants in basement of mall with an excellant selection of asian and western set menus... A/C and hot water very good. Concierge helped with luggage in checking in and out. walking distance to the markets and sunday market.

the furniture some were a little need of a bit of paint/ polish. however a great room with a wonderful atmosphere

Location is great. Breakfast is adequate and just not bad. Id rate it a 7/10

the bathroom wasnt clean enough, had some pieces of trash, traces of hair, and doesnt smell fresh. Id rate it 5 out of 10.

The waterfront and the township

I like the Hospitality they provide. The staff there are super good service, they wont let you open the door yourself. Also they keep smile on their face all time. This is my first time in KK by myself, i feel safe staying there.

Not much of the things i dont like actually, is just the hotel were the old hotel, nothing much to complain. I would say the price is reasonable due to they are not like those new hotel .. Sometime it might be a bit noisy if you stay lower floors

Breakfast:Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Enjoyed the relaxed vibe and the view made it even better. Location:Super convenient! Right in the heart of Kota Kinabalu city. Easy to explore, and just a short walk to the waterfront and shopping areas.

The strategic location; opposite of Suria Mall and within walk distance to weekend Gaya Market. It's easy to find food either for breakfast/lunch or even midnite supper...

Kind of hard to find a place to park the car closer to hotel, especially since it's weekend / holiday season.

Hotel is well maintained even a little bit old. Great location, just opposite shopping mall.

Limited parking, only on roadside. Luckily still manage to reserve last spot but need to pay for RM15 per day. Location very busy, traffic jam to reach hotel.

Nice central hotel handy for ferries to islands. Room was nice everything worked! If you get a good price it is a really good deal. Huge mall opposite.

The location is great! Suriah Sabah Mall is right across the street. Other places of interest are also a short drive away.

There was no parking. I parked my car at a parking bay behind the hotel and got a fine.

Reasonable, but when booking cheaper no break fast.

Room direction is facing roadside , hard to fold asleep vehicle sound loud ,,,,,,
