Room rate

Poor breakfast with only frid black-coloured noodles available and without even chicken egg. The hotel is located away from the downtown and acoustic insulation is poor with equipment noise, morning prayer lowdspeaker sound and dogs barking every day.

the location is very strategic ,in which it's a 5 minute drive to the Infamous Tg. Aru beach for it's magnificent sunset.Many Muslim friendly and Chinese restaurant surrounding the hotel.And mostly if your exploring Kota Kinabalu city, the hotel location and parameters is a e-hailing friendly as it is so accessable.

A perfect place if you need a quiet less busy place to relax from the city noise.

The spotlight is directed directly to my room window.

Old hotel but location very strategic from where I need to go to. It's also near the convenience stores which I can get my daily needs here. The lights are comfortable as they're 2 kind of lighting warm and light which I prefer the light one as my eyes are sensitive to warm light.

The bed is comfortable but a bit itchy to my skin. I also found a piece of soap in the bathroom which indicates that the room is not thoroughly cleaned before I arrive. Therefore, it's a bit disgusting.

Very close to the laundry and convenient store

Very overpriced for this kind of hotel, only 2 twin beds, small room, also the location is a bit meh

The location is close to airport and room is adequate and comfortable.

The bedsheet and pillow case smell so bad like they didnt change it or it wasnt dry yet but they already put it on the bed

Only 7 minutes to KKIA very convenient location. The family bedroom was big enough to fit the 3 of us plus luggage. Everything was in working condition. Although very near to KKIA..only minimum noise from the Airplanes. Very fast check in and check out too.

Dissappointing of cleanliness

Toilet berbau, cadar katil kurang bersih, towel kurang bersih

1. All my needs were provided. Only need to bring toothbrush and toothpaste.2. No charges for the car parks. But if high occupancies may need to be lucky to get one available.3. If need other food & beverages, shops are nearby.

1. I saw routers on my floor but when asked for ID and Password, answered there's no WIFI provided for the rooms. Ended up using my hotspot.2. Air conditioner probably need service, little weird smell coming from it.

Strategic location and plenty of parking available around the premise.

The room is not clean and has light smell of wet wood. Also, the ala-carte breakfast was too oily, and below average.

It was convenient, many shops around, sufficient parking and smoking rooms avaliable ?.

There is a beautiful restaurant at the lobby, now only opened till 10 am for breakfast . Perhaps wt good promotion, maybe having a signature dish, like Soto Makasar ? or others , it can be a nice place to go.

Location, near to airport. Didnt take the breakfast as leaving early dawn. You can get mini market just few steps away. Restaurant, laundry shop, barber as well. Hotel condition looks old from outside. Interior design is okay i guess. Room is just comfortable, not that picky.

The only cons is the floor. Why still use mosaic? Cant keep the sound low from upstairs kid keep stomping and rooms beside drop some metal sound very loud in the midnight.

Cheap hotel.

Wifi only in the lobby and it was an asian breakfast buffet, ok for me, but not for picky children.

I asked spesifically for non-smoking room in my booking.com but the moment we entered the room so smelly of ciggarettes..so the whole nite we sufferred n checkout as early as 5am. The hotel way is rundown/old..mattress uncomfortable n pillow hard not fluffy.We paid by cash as they asked..

Clean floor, clean floor in the bathroom. It was close to air

The bedsheet was not clean. The room had smell, same as in the building.
