Limited parking, clogged toilet and The room light is not working.

please improvise the parking facilities please. its very difficult for me to travel since i have to park far from the hotel and i feel abit unsafe since im walk alone that night

parking and the pillow too high for me . it would be better if u provide 2 types pillow .

I love that they upgrade my room and the breakfast spread was good and generous.

The room got so many baby cockroaches. The room was clean but had a lot of baby cockroaches. The parking is a big challenge as well. The hotel did not provide an ample parking to the visitor.

Breakfast menu had plenty variaties, the staff were nice n friendly

Unfortunately, the room facilities wasn't well maintained, we had problems with the iron, toilet flush not working, room windows leaking when there's a downpour rain. Limited parking space

I like the location, near 1Borneo Hypermall. Everything in this hotel is well maintained.

The distance of this hotel is far from main city of KK.

Location is next to mall where you can get many kind of food to try.

There is not enough parking spot for hotel guest. You need to park your car in the mall park which you have to pay & long walk from parking lot to hotel. Or park at mall compound with super expensive hoyrly rate which i think is a scam.

The hotel offer good spread of breakfast and the food served was delicious. The hotel room is very spacious and clean which includes a bath tub as well. The staffs there were also very helpful if you have any inquiries. The hotel is located directly 1borneo mall which sells quite a lot of wholesale items. Don't expect the mall to be like Imago Mall or Suria Sabah.

I don't have any negative review about this hotel.

- Need more food variety.- Peak time,extra manpower have to wait 1hrs before rooms are ready.

I found the hotel to be reasonably priced, offering good value for the amenities provided. The accommodations were generally comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay overall. I appreciated the clean environment and the thoughtful touches throughout the property. A few minor improvements could enhance the experience further, but overall, I was satisfied and would consider returning.

While the hotel offers convenient access to nearby mall facilities, I found the parking situation to be quite disappointing. There was insufficient parking allocated for guests, and signage directing to proper parking areas was limited and unclear. For a basement lot, the charges felt rather expensive considering the lack of adequate lighting and overall accessibility. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance the guest experience and safety.

-Refrigerator not functioning-Toilet hose does not freely flow-Did order for water bottles and didnt show up-Parking lot not much , please make a reservation for your car -Too far away from town which you need to face jammed all the way through

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was superb. The location is also accessible to restaurants and hypermall.

l like the restaurant, the food serve and all the meals. l also like the view from the hotel room, the hotel is clean and down the hotel there are a lot of shops, food court, restaurant, pop up stores and their prices are cheapl also like the staff who are very friendly and punctualthe facilities are very goodThe lobby is large and spacious and have places for people to sit and relax. Please install outlet power charger near the sofaLobby toilet is clean

a bit far from town centre but it is quieter because in town centre you can hear all the honk and hons which disturb your sleep during night and even day time. this hotel l sleep very well . Grab quite pricy about rm 20 to 30 rm according to peak hours. During peak hours going here will be a traffic jammed
