Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre

The hotel staff was very accomodating. Very courteous.

Just outside my room, the ceiling in the hallway had black mold growing in a large spot. I notifed the front desk to make them aware of it.

Service was exceptional!

Family friendly stay & they accepted my request to put a cake in the room for my kid’s 7th birthday

Breakfast time - too packed

Nice rooms, very spacious bedroom. The area is close to the downtown area so doing tours, shopping, and finding food was easy.

The hotel was very busy and the staff seemed a little flustered but all in all it was ok.

Amazing place to stay with kids as it has a small water park style pools, kids club and kids play area to keep the kids engaged whole day

Worth the money. Pool was enjoyable. My kids love it. Room was clean. Kids room, playground and the gym were nice too. Staffs were polite and friendly. Location near BB.

The room is spacious and pool area are amazing! The staffs are friendly and helpful too.

All was great, there were some minor issues in the room but it's ok not a big issue since the resolution is very fast

The breakfast seems to have fewer choices. The cakes were very hard and dry. Need to improve on the breakfast choices and also the bakery section.

We booked two twin rooms - both were large and clean, showers had a waterfall nozzle which is a big bonus and the tv's have chromecast for when your winding down in the evening. Pool area was exceptional with the water park, bar area in the middle and slides for kids/adults alike. Hotel lobby was smaller but the staff were very helpful and spoke solid English, you'll have no issues with communication. 10 minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC, 20min walk to KL/Menara Tower with a monorail station right out front. Our grab/taxi's never had any issues getting in or out of the hotel area, even with ASEAN.

The hotel breakfast was expensive compared to local options, and while not exactly their fault the ASEAN conference being held at the same time hurt the experience. I feel as if staff could have done a better job at alleviating some of the hassle with having constant security check-ins and the constant disruptions to leaving/entering the hotel when you've paid good money to stay there. Of course, this won't apply generally to most hotel-goers. Room A/C and street noise was a little loud, but to be expected.

The kids play area, swimming pool, kids club,breakfast was fresh and tasty, staff was exceptionally helpful and kind! The breakfast staff went out of their way to plan a surprise for my birthday. The staff at reception was welcoming and helpful. Pool staff and restaurant pool staff were very professional and accommodating. Our stay was PERFECT. Thank you

Everything was perfect

The staff were all very kind and loved they were all being so attentive and kind. My kids 14 and 7 love the pools and slides. Overall, the cleanliness and the facility are just awesome. The location right by the monorail is a huge plus for us. Another thing that we liked was that we all got our own beds. The sofa bed was nice and big enoughthaty my 7 year old opted to sleep there. We are committed to only staying at the Renaissance hotel in the future, whenever we are in KL.

Perhaps the way towards the gym…we had to take a few elevators..going to the adjacent building…although the gym it self was great

Excellent property in a very convenient location.

I wish the AC could have gotten a little bit more colder. The thermostat stops at 20*C.

I love the property and have stayed here before. It’s amazing good and good food.

I wanted to have dinner, @la Carte Saturday. I was told, it was not possible to eat a la carte only via buffet. I explained the young lady, that I was a single person and can’t eat a full buffet. Then, I went to the desk to ask for more clarification. Same answer. I was directed to call Room Service. Room Service did not answer the phone.In my frustration, I asked my new friend at the Bar, he offered me a full menu a la carte, no problem. I took all my meals at the Bar. Was happy, could have a glass wine. In a Five Star Hotel, this restriction is not passable. At a Five Star Hotel, you can ask for a life Elephant, providing the guest pays for it. I have worked in many hotels in the past.and we had the had the outrageous requests, the Guest is still King. He pays the tab.

The room we stayed in on the 8th level was great except the outside roads were so loud from the cars and motorbikes.

The hotel accommodated our request of having both rooms next to each other, they were interconnecting. The staff were very courteous and always welcoming. The pool and outside area was great for kids and very clean. My only negative was the floor’s weren’t very clean on our arrival to our rooms, we actually found a pill on the floor which was not good. Other than that, location is ok, you do have to walk a fair bit if you want to visit a coffee shop but the train station is close. All in all a good stay ?

Not much i didn’t like, i would have maybe liked for us to share the one room as a family with two children under 16 as we could have definitely fitted two spare beds in the room.

The best . Sure will repeat for next time. ? thep splash, the foods,the service was incredible. Complete. Its a good n worth vacation to spend with family.

Regarding the explaination about the charge of parking car. This is my first time experience and stay around in the middle of centre. I would more happy if get the information about the parking car rate. Only this , the rest all are exceed my expectations.Tq for the best experince. Definately will repeat again.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Courteous and friendly staff. Huge buffet selection at brekfast. Nice 24/7 snacks - as I am jet lagged. Lovely pool. Convenient walk to Petronas Twin Towers.
