First of all, check-in experience is the worst I've ever experienced. The receptionist wrongly took the amount more than he needed as a deposit but he never apologized. He had no smile, no welcome greeting when I arrived after a long tiring journey from my country.This is the worst thing in this hotel. There is no proper soundproof in this hotel. I could hear some people near my room, either in the next room or at the corridor, kept talking and laughing from 12am to 5am. I couldn't sleep well. You bet on your luck or just choose a different place! People in this hotel, both receptionists and customers, have no common sense.Also, I didn't take metro because you'll need to walk very busy streets with lots of vehicles for like 15 mins under no shadow. There's a lot of traffic jam around this area. Grab was aways delayed.

Nothing much that I like. It's basic at the very least. I can sleep and go to the toilet. Nothing special about it.

I found some old rubbish in the toilet when I first enter the room. It's an oversight from the housekeeping team. The aircond is leaking and making loud noises. Maintenance team may want to check room 29. The table is a bent.

Easy access from the highway with ample parking. The place is safe to stay. Payment was transparent and no hidden charges. Deposit was immediately refunded upon checkout. Trustworthy and value for money!

The room is quite small, suitable for solo travellers and maximum couples only.

Comfortable, clean room. Very quiet so able to sleep well. Room cleaned every day. Friendly receptionist (Moona) who was very helpful and polite. Free tea and coffee in the reception area and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Constant supply of hot water in bathroom.

Location is not in central KL but MRT line station (Taman Midah) is a 10- minute walk away from where you can catch a train direct to KL Central.

24 hour front desk to address internet ongoing Wifi internet issues and were very helpful

The internet was below average Needed to leave the room and go to the lobby for consistency and connectivity.

The staff is good service.

The shower hose is break when turn on keep leak of water, the toilet paper and room tissue paper is left few piece so we have to keep call the room service. The photo of the area show at online and when we reach there see got a big different. Small place until no way to walk.

Easy and fast check in/out. Staffs friendly all the time ready to help to customers! Room so quite bed mattress perfect of course with pillow! Surely again I will back
