Leo Palace Hotel New Wing, WTC Kuala Lumpur

I was attending Pesta Buku at WTC & the hotel is close to WTC

Parking space is very limited and unfortunately this was not disclosed on Booking.com. It’s important to be transparent about this so guests can plan ahead. There is no air conditioning in the lift, check-in was late, and the toilet lock & hair dryer are broken

the facility was okay with respect to the price. have not had the chance to visit the pool. Location is not bad it is close to bath caves

The shower area was not fine the shower head was broken.

The location was strategic and easy to find halal foods.The price is also reasonable since it is 3 star hotel.

Unable to close and lock the toilet door in my room. Staff need to check

Only thing I like in this property is swimming pool

Rooms are so small, bathroom flush pipe damaged, no food provided, room lights are dull. I requested for room change but it was not done. Online price is for which I would have got good home stay. Room services was ok in cleaning the room. Room size is very very small.

Lovely pooltop with great view over the city. Room was comfortable enough, although we had the smallest one. Staff very friendly, WiFi worked well and location couldn't be better for the price.

Room a little bit run down. Side table was so wobbly and a bit of mould on walls as there is no window in this room. But fine for the price. Also no inflatables despite the pictures on booking

Abit old hotel.. Nearby only Mamak food or malay food..

Abit hard to find parking.. Noisy nearby LRT..

Near many food places... So looking for food was easy. Plenty of choices esp at night

House iron was burnt and unusable. Bidet was leaking and not working. Couldnt was myself

The room is clean. Easy check-in. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Toilet leaking, pipe is spoil, no toilet no tissue provided, the picture and real are not same. Fridge not cold.

WORST HOTEL

Got dirty room with heavy smell of smoke. The bed was tilting, there's a lot of hair at the towel, a hole on the mattress, the tiles under the bed was unfinished!I book a room at the new wings but got a bad room at a haunted wings. The shop around was closed down and the lobby feels eerie.Everything about this hotel was a red flag

The space of the room is quite small to perform prayers . Then the toiletries are so little .

Near to World Trade Center , rooms are clean and tidy:

Toilet flashing automatic and the noise all day long . It was connected in a centralised system. Running none stop.

Surrounded by many restaurants and food stalls

The booking supposedly allow change of date as per advertise, but when u try to change date, the app says no availability for any days for the next 1 month, even though if I try new booking there is a lot of vacancies. this is just a scam. Shame on Booking.com to facilitate this kind of scam2. Roadside parking3. No stores nearby3. Building and facilities quite old

The hotel was very good not 5 star hotel but the views very good.the staff also very friendly.

Superior double room completely different. Smelly. Waiting for air cond to cool but only leaking water and hot air came. Not maintain well. Poor. Even though offer price pls provide good accomodation. Really worst experience
