For a 3 star hotel, it is worth staying here.

Location wise not suitable for embarking and disembarking from car. No bellboy services to assist in carrying luggages to hotel room. In house dining had limited variety of food to choose.

The complimentary breakfast was good. It had a wide spread of dishes. Suggestion: can have better juice varieties.

In the swimming pool the water is salty. Provide more toiletries.

It’s in a convenient location. Our room is very spacious and clean. Front desk staff are all helpful and courteous. Lots of good local restaurants within walking distance.

We paid extra for the room with city view but we can only see the KL Tower amd not the Petronas too from our window. It’s obscured by some buildings near the hotel.

Clean, comfortable room with a great view. The rooftop pool and restaurant were exceptional.

My room did not have a microwave which I would have liked

Comfortable beds, close to everything, clean although I had no room service in my two nights. The staff made sure everything was always ok and were really helpful.

Long wait at the elevator.

Excellent staff. Anna and Adile were great. Everyone was so helpful. Anna helped get a grab taxi to the airport at 5am... Wonderful room. Bed, view, wifi was great. Aircon and shower were fantastic. Four English movie chanels on tv...excellent location, walked to KLCC and malls. 7-11 across the street, food stalls and everything close.

Elevator's were slow, with the Christmas season we waiting 15 minutes to get to the room. Maybe put information in the room with times for opening and closing for hotel facilities, restaurant, especially breakfast and pool. Put a ice machine in the hotel. The room's small refrigerator couldn't make ice or hold a bag of ice bought outside.

The location is live and 7 eleven near by for quick catches; easily accessible for cabs

The breakfast spread is good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The rooftop pool is a highlight giving you a view of kl tower and petronas tower. Overall loved the stay.

The streets get empty at night as its 3-4km away from city center and there is a local cheap market just opposite the hotel which feels bit unsafe but nothing problematic.

Top notch service, clean rooms, well upkept facilities, very well trained staff, exceptional food, convenient if driving here valet costs under RM20/night so please remember to tip them! For an all inclusive average price lower than most branded hotels, staying here is an absolute bargain

Rooms can improve their soundproofing. The surrounding area isn't the best place to hang out in KL, especially at night, but in the hotel, its a whole different world.

The room cleanness and the hotel itself is so good, I really appreciate the effort of the Cleaning Crew.

I liked the stay, but I’d suggest adding some “Silence” posters on the hotel floors because some guests were very noisy after midnight.

The room was absolutely excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the lighting warm and relaxing, and everything was spotless. Amenities were complete, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. A very pleasant stay — truly worth a full 5 stars!

An excellent overall experience at Hilton Garden Inn. The room was well-prepared, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. I have nothing to complain about — everything was handled with great care and professionalism.

Adira was great. She remembered that I had an egg allergy and brought out the kitchen staff to tell me what I could eat at breakfast! Everyone was very helpful and the breakfast selection was amazing. We ate on the rooftop for dinner and the view was great. We heard bad things about the area from a driver but we thought it was a great location.

Staff and hotel are nice.

Surrounding area was a bit scary . Rooftop Bar restaurant was a little bit underwhelming. Pic on menu of food they don't sell, in terms food , whomever planned the food isn't quite hilton level chef. It could be making allot of money with the view , but I doubt it's doing so well.

ON the first day on 7Th I could not have my room that I book for me and my friend So it was about 12 pm at night so room for me so I had to find another hotel They told me they will refund me but nothing done till now
