Location is ok, staff is friendly

Everything else is bad. Noisy, extremely dirty. Bad elevators. Feels like 10-dollars hotel.

It is very convenient to locate to alot of places. And alot food around the area.

The rooms are not very good as the Aircon from one of the room is not cold enough.

Not noisy, comfy bed. We had very bad experience in KL at another hotel before, but this hotel is totally worth it: quiet despite the fact that is located right by the night market, clean, good shower.

The only thing is we had to leave one night earlier than we booked, we wanted to stay longer :)

Horrible breakfast. (bread are dried , at somedays the egg are not freshly done, the nasi lemak sambal too salty.water can really tasted unfiltered.

This hotel is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Popular landmarks such as the KL and Petronas twin towers are also not too far off. We especially enjoyed the vibrancy of the place at night as the street transitioned into a night market with endless food and drink options. Bar street (Changkat Bikit Bintang) is also walking distance from the hotel and offers the perfect spot to wind down after a day of touring the stunning city.

Location was good and that is only thing I give credit for.

Breakfast was just ok with nothing much much variety with the money I spent hence it was questionable to what I got vs what I spent. Street closes after 3 pm for night market so it becomes a challenge to come by taxi and have to walk from other drop off point. Location is good but very smelly when walking around which can be unpleasant due to many open restaurants and kitchens.

Location is good and the beds were really comfortable. Everything worked and was clean.

No reason for staying again. Security entered customer room at 6am by his master key.

Security entered customer room at 6am by his master key without a warning. At around 6:00 AM, while my wife and I were sleeping, a hotel security staff member unlocked our door with a master key and entered our room without permission. He shouted “Seven one zero”, although my room number was 701, and his behavior was loud and aggressive.Instead of leaving immediately after realizing his mistake, he remained blocking the doorway, continued shouting, and tried to justify himself. My wife was terrified and broke down crying.

Cannot be recommended in all fairness. Poor value for money.

Unlike other Ibis Hotels this one was below expectations. The lady receptionist (21 Nov 1200 hrs) was uncoothed with negative attitude. Didnt evn pick up call from room although she was free when checked physically. Bathroom had technical issues like muslim shower leaking, water piling up inwash basin and draining very slowly. Wifi didn't connect, resorted to own data usage.

Simply worth every penny. Usually we stayed in their "sibling" hotel which is obviously more expensive. However, this property wins our heart. Great rooms with good water pressure.

Nothing much really. The location is famous with its street food dining which means it is very crowded.Some would not really like this situation. But we enjoyed it.

Staff were amazing friendly and cool...room space is good for one person

location was in the middle of the Chinese food market its good to visit that area for one but not to live there for a couple of days , and the location was a little bit hidden

The location is perfect for culinary tourist experience ? walkable to the shopping area.

Will be crowded in front of the hotel at night time because the location next by night market , so it will be difficult to get taxi at night. You need to walk a bit.

Don't have swimming pool, sometime Air Con take time to cool hence if need to go out then have to leave it ON

We got complimentary breakfast. It was very good and restaurent food was tasty and various varieties available. The location was very lively with good with food stalls, Low Yat Plaza and Time Square, Pavillion and other shopping available within walking distance.

The main road to the hotel was through a food street. This is the only thing which I didnt like.

You are staying in heart of Bukit Bintang !! Breakfast was good !! Room Service was excellent.

AC Cooling need to be improved

Location. In the middle of Bukit Bintang hype area. Food stall and malls everywhere near the hotel. Easy for hangout or look for food in the middle of the night. The good thing was the wall seemed thick enough coz the street noise not entered the room.

The facilities are bare minimum. No hot water for shower. One of the lift was not card secured. Small buffet for the breakfast and the menu was too simple.

We booked with the balcony room. We arrived late like 9:30 PM then after we checked the lock was not working . When we checked with reception they said around 8-9am next morning they can fix it. But it is not working. Then they say they can change the room later on. Do you think that anyone can wait for to change the room the whole day for only 2 days visit to KL.

Hotel is in the best location with neat room however the breakfast is not up to the standard.

They don't have service of ironing in the room, bottled water as well.

Great location, right at the end of Jalan Alor street—step out of the hotel and you’re directly on the famous food street. The room was comfortable with all essential facilities, and a good breakfast was provided.

According to the description on Booking.com, dedicated parking was supposed to be available at the hotel. In reality, there are only 10 basement parking spots, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Fortunately, we managed to secure one. Paid parking is also available nearby. Additionally, a hair dryer is not provided in every room and must be requested, subject to availability, as the hotel has only a limited number.
