The bed and bathroom were clean and nice

The lift is small and only for 3 people. It also fit for 1 person if we carry our bag and luggage.

We choose this hotel for proximity to the TBS. The room was large and confortable

the bathroom has some problems...the wc water inlet was leaking and the shower boiler wasn't working (for an electrical problem). It was late and we was tired from the day and we didn't mention it to the staff, for sure they'd change our room

Bus terminal is 500m from the hotel. It is hygienic, clean.

the lift is scary, the whole building is scary and the bed was not clean

place is strategic, triple room of course, easy car parking.

theres no extra room card, didnt get smoking room, no window, tv chanel bored, no devider partition between double bed and single bed.

Room was big as well as bathroom. Bed was comfortable. AC was ok. Good towels. Was close to the bus station which was the reason we went but not easy to reach especially with heavy luggage. (Took us 15min of up and down stairs in the night). Quiet and good curtains.

Too expensive for our needs and we had to change rooms at first because the bedsheets were dirty (hair and weird stains) so overall not super convinced about the cleanliness of the bed sheets.

Room is clean & quiet, bed comfortable and pillow is not too soft or too thin. Bathroom is clean. Room have many TV channels. At least need 10-15 mins walk from the transport hub nearby like TBS Bus terminal or LRT & KTM Bandar Tasik Selatan or KLIA Transit.

Bathroom have no place to put your own personal soap or shampoo when using the shower. Even though there are drinking water dispenser in the common corridor but no cups or glass to use in the room. 7/11 convenient store that is 2 doors away only operate between 7am-11pm daily

The staff was very friendly and the bed exceeded my expectations. The price is as a budget hotel but te environment and atmosphere is like a 3 star hotel.

Don't suggest. Poor hotel, rooms not very clean and most rooms don't even have a window! No claustrophobic person can stay there. The location is also bad and no breakfast was included. The pillows and the beds are NOT comfortable.

Very convenient...near by food court & 7 eleven shop..the price worth it for one night
