MPalace Hotel KL

Location

Hotel is providing only 1 key card for access whereas we need 2 since both of us can use at different. Further lift required card access to respective floor and very much inconvenience with one card key access. Hope u can inform the hotel management

The facilities and location.

The cleanliness is just so so. I got a dirty bedsheet but luckily it was not on the center, just edges. So I just used it. The toilet also doesn't have proper ventilation. The smell is strong when you just open the toilet door.

It is clean and the location is super convenient.

The staff is sometimes unfriendly but they are helpful.

No parking, air-conditioning not cold, slippery floor leading to the bathroom

the location was near to some places of interest in KL.

The noise. Children of guest was playing on the corridor until midnight while you hear the adults talking. This was going on in my entire stay. This disturbance happened in the 5th floor of the hotel. Very disgusting.

The location was great . It was all walking distance

What I was annoyed was they had ONLY one pillow per person ie only 2 pillows . When I asked for an extra pillow they charged for it . I don’t think any other hotel will charge for an extra pillow . They usually have 2 pillows for each person .

The great property, nice facilitated rooms and great location for transport and sightseeing.

The rooms are nice but breakfast is poor. I wish to pay 20-30 RM more to get it better.

The hotel is located a few minutes walking distance from the Masjid Jamek metro station, which is well-connected with the KL Sentral station, so moving around using public transport is convenient. The independence square is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is cordial.

The shampoo and bathing liquid provided did not produce adequate lather. The variety in the breakfast menu is somewhat limited. There was no window in the single-bed room. Further, although this was mentioned in the fine print, the policy of requiring the guest to submit 100 RM as a security deposit in cash is not helpful - most international guests are carrying only a small amount of local currency.

It is located at a lot of Malay stores location. SOGO is nearby. The LRT is within walking distance at least 10 mins. The room is clean. Although gym is small but still can have a good workout.

The hotel noise proof is not good. Every door close on the same floor was very clear in my room. The door could not close by itself properly. I need to really pull to close. The pillow was not comfortable. At night the road was quiet. Not safe for ladies to walk alone back to hotel.

Staff are not really friendly. I ordered something from a store and asked them to deliver to my hotel with my details and room number. but it ended up being shoved outside the entrance of hotel. No weighing scale.

Only one staff at the reception so it takes forever if you need anything like to check in or out or any help with the room. It’s so annoying

Perfect location - steps away from the LRT train station and close to tourist attractions like Merdeka square. Many restaurants and food stalls nearby, as are several money changers. Located on a quiet street, the staff were all polite and its shower and wifi worked perfectly. It also has a gym which I did not use - a nice bonus.

No complaints whatsoever - I was happy with my stay.

Location near SOGO, Jalan TAR and walking distance to the shopping centre.

There's no parking provided by the hotel.

Strategic location near to train station and shopping areas.

Iron for cloth is not well function. Might prepare iron in the room for ease use for working adults.
