Prime Hotel @ TRX Tower

just a step to find tasty breakfast beside the hotel

the bedsheet found yellow ,pretty good if the cleanness can be upgrade more

Staff is friendly and always greet me when i enter the lobby. Room size is ok for a single bed and two pillows were given! Location is ok, walking distance to many malls.

There were something wrong with the check in Point Of Sales equipment cos it rejected/declined all my credit cards, I had to resort to paying cash. But when i tried using at the malls, there were no issue.

Close to bukit bintang. Everything what you need is there . Mall , food . Stuff are great guys!

Only one thing it’s for one person a bit small place .

Staff is very helpful. Location not bad near the Pavilion.

Smell like cigarettes in my room.

A quite convenient location to the centre and closer to the food stalls

AC is directly aimed at the bed, which is a bit uncomfortable.

Very close proximity to shops

Room is small but good for short stay

Good bed and pillows. Great location and price. The staff are friendly and seems like they are always working to improve from first time I stayed to a week later when I returned.

Unfortunately soundproofing, you can hear someone in their room down the hall talking on phone. If it's late though you can message staff on whatsapp and they'll respond promptly to notify guests to keep noise down to not disturb others.

The staffs are very accomodating. Thumbs up

The room is quite small & hamper my movement. I have a very limited space to perform my solat & do my work. The plus point is very strategic in terms of location.

So far ok, value for money

There is no nearby parking. Even have behind the building but per entry RM10 quite expensive for me

Location is very close by the shopping area but it just quiet beside the corner. So you can get convenience but not to be bothering.Room is clean with comfi.bedding.

The first room 201 allocated to us is small and Aircon is not working. The reallocate room 101 has a flooding toilet during bath.

We like the location and pricing.

The location is near bukit bintang and trx mall

Smell smoke in the room

Good location.near local eaterues and the TRX Exchange.Walking distance to bukit Bintang.Very clean room.polite staff.

Bathroom towels discoloured.

Cost effective. Good location for medical checkups and other locations.

Little small for me. Windows are not able to close.

Not the same as adds in booking.com, diffrent from expected, it tell got one quen bed and one single bed, but when checkin just got 2 single bed, verry disappointed, and dont have parking for car, worst expirience ever, will never booking here again.

Nothning i like all disappointed.

Great budget hotel - clean, well located, free wifi, AC, electric kettle, hot shower. Everything I wanted at this price.

Good location.

No breakfast, but good location. Hotel does not provide parking. Staff was not confident when we ask questions. Hotel is ok, but noise is so loud even my room is facing the back.

Good location. Just close to new shopping mall & any other restaurqnt.

About the facility, there was no chair seat in the room & somehow got tv, but it more looks like for a decoration only as it didn't have any channel can watch. Hopefully can take note & improve for this.

A good hotel for short stays in Kuala Lumpur. 10 min. walk from shopping area in Bukit Bintang. A mini bar is available in the room. Goof WIFI internet

Very small room. Poor facilities specially the bathroom facilities

It was walking distance from malls and Mega Star Arena where I attended an event. Many food options nearby.
