Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara

Location is good

Stayed for two nights during a non-holiday period for MYR 1,345.16. The 50 m² room (including breakfast) felt a bit outdated. Check-in was a bit inconvenient, as the hotel required the booking family member’s passport, and we were only given one room key for two guests. Breakfast hours and location were not explained, and the TV didn’t work—we had to cast from our own device.

I wish there were more pool lounges at the swimming pool as they were only six in total and the pool is so big and beautiful

Close to all the restaurant and shopping. Especially coffee shops - Starbucks and more. Call and riding taxi also good and organized well in front area.

Location is very good. The building has all the necessities like supermarket and f&b outlets.

There is a lot of noise coming from the sanitation pipes. When other guests are talking and walking in the corridor its very loud in the room. Especially when their room doors slam shut.

Rooftop swimming pool is amazing. I’ve swam every day.Ms. Maria welcomed us every morning in the buffet.I appreciate her kind and warm hospitality.

Should increase more options for veg breakfast, of course chef was very cooperative & prepared special dish on request. Room was very spacious, I was upgraded to suit room & had all amenities like dish washer, micro wave, freeze, tea & coffee making machine, induction with utensils.

The best hotel that I have ever been in Kuala Lumpur (and I have been to a lot)! Honestly! The staff was super friendly and hospitable! Breakfasts were great, lots of choice ? they even made Teh Tarik from scratch upon our request, really appreciate it! The room exceeded my expectations! Roof pool was very relaxing and refreshing!Mr Aditya and his team are the best! I honestly cannot find anything that I didn’t like.

Breakfast for me was brilliant…spoke to chef too and told him.I thought the staff really friendly. Well done!

Silly music in reception and breakfast

Overall very courteous and efficient staff. The room was clean and well maintained.

The AC kept switching off in the middle of the night. Someone checked after the first night and it worked fine the second night, but the third night it switched off again.

The room size and the location

The daily cleaning. It's below average.

Exceptionally clean room and spotless bed linen and towels! Very comfortable stay.

TV did not work.

Your staff went over and above when the fire alarm was triggered and ensured that we were not waiting for long and assured us that they were on it.

The alarm went on to ring a few times in the morning of 18Dec. That scared us. The long queue for the lift was also bad but the staff were very apologetic.

Location, service staff and recovery were excellent

Pillows!! Please offer latex pillows as option. Sleep wasn’t that great with the soft foil lows which flatten..

The rooms and facilities

The staff at the reception, an Indian lady was so rude towards us just for ordering a couple of glasses of water while waiting for our room to be ready, which she told us it will take 1 to 2 hours.. She was very unprofessional and unethical. She scolded the waiter in front of us for sending us some water. This is not how hotel guest should be treated, we paid RM 700 for the room. I was very disappointed with the hotel service.

Great staff service and large size of the room was a bonus.

The music along the corridor was too loud for me and being a very light sleeper, it affected my sleep both in the morning and at night. I had feedback to the staff on my 1st day but the music was still too loud upon my return.
