Hotel Olympic Malaysia Kuala Lumpur

canceled our keycard before we checked out with our stuff still inside there were paint fumes, mould in the shower, couldnt get a 2nd keycard there was no mini-fridge staff were sometimes apathetic, sometimes awful to us, and they tried to rip us off.

I like firstly the location of the hotel - near the MRT and Olympic Council of Malaysia Office - plus also the hotel room has all that I require in it for my stay.

My daughter like junior room ,It?s so cute and she really enjoyed in this room

Toilet in room not very clean, in sink was dirty.toilet at level1 was wet with water

The decor is fun and funky.

The whole bathroom is the shower so the floor stays wet. Also, there is a daily city tax of $10r when you arrive.

Location is convenient

The toilet and bed sheet is clean, and gt hair. Faucet is spoilt and rusty, bath tub is dirty, the water source is yellowish.

location is great, close to petaling street and mrt/lrt station, breakfast is a simple and nice continental and local breakfast BUT the best is their coffee shop menu. nice sandwiches.

the walking to the lrt station around 5 minutes.

Proximity to sporting event right next door that we had to attend

This is a miserable excuse for a “3-star” hotel - more like 2 stars, and that’s on a generous day. Forget about sleeping because trains roar past the window like you’re living on the tracks. There’s no fridge in the room, but who needs one when the toilet comes pre-decorated with a random pubic hair? Nothing says “welcome to your suite” like someone else’s body hair waiting for you on the seat. Truly the mark of a place that prides itself on hygiene, or at least on sharing DNA samples.The “junior suite” bunk bed is a glorified crib mattress only suitable if your kid is a toddler or a house cat. The bathroom is a total hazard zone. The shower floods the floor, the toilet gets soaked, and the handle was dangling for dear life til it gave up and fell off mid-shower, sending a blast of boiling water that burned my shoulder and chest.And they have a one key policy. They’ll only give you ONE key because apparently two is a luxury, you can't even pay extra for a second key. When we asked for a spare, they said just flag down the staff to open the door every time. Naturally, by the end, they were visibly annoyed as if we designed their dumb system, so they grudgingly gave us an extra key on our last day.I requested daily housekeeping but it was past 3pm and I had to remind them to do it. The breakfast buffet is non refundable turd ville, the only good thing about it was it was only 3usd per person so we didn't feel too bad about ditching it daily. In short: a noisy, shabby, indifferent operation masquerading as a 3-star. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else!

Right next to the sports center, right next to mrt. We had the quadruple room, beds are comfortable.

Rooms are rundown. Noisy. Hallway, elevator very hot. But good A/C in the room. I saw piles of used towels at the back of hotel where it looks like a slump, kind of gross.WiFi connection not good.

Location and cleanliness

They gave us on one key even if we were two visitors which made it hard to navigate the city individually

Cheap, worth the price, super close to the train station (just right next door) making it very convenient to explore the city

The shower head was broken. The aircond was probably not serviced often, had to turn it all the way to feel cold in the room

Kids friendly

Limited clothes space. Add some drawer or tempat penyangkut

Disappointing

This time round I got a room that is not so nice, no view, cramp with the extra sofa.

The payment system can be update and flexible.Walking distance 5 mins can be find a lot of restaurant and café.The room space is very big, suitable for family.

The room sound proofing is poor.The car packing fees should be free for customers.

The property is a great location. We can walk to Petaling and Central Market. The restaurant at the lobby is also fine.

Well, I wanted to like it much more. I met a family across from my room. They love this hotel and were back for their second time. But for me, maybe I’m a bit high standard, but there were several things that didn’t suit me. The MRT line is quite loud. It didn’t bother the family though. I had to put on ear plugs. The bathroom shower had not be remodeled. The toilet had a big crack down the side. You can tell the dilapidated condition of the hotel when you enter the elevator. The thing is the rooms are a great deal so if this doesn’t bother you then great. The ac worked well. The bed was comfortable. Lastly, they offer a free gift for 5 star reviews. I considered this option. But in the end felt my true experience was appropriate to share.

Parking one day rm6, centre of kuala lumpur, nearest mrt & lrt. Katil comfortable for famly.

hotel room not nice,dirty,not a nice view

Poor

The toilet door was missing and water splashed out from the bathing room anlmi almost slipped and fell. Toilet condition is bad and some plugs are not even working. This hotel used to be really good but it has since deteriorated in condition.

Convenient location, very close to MRT station (Merdeka), friendly staff and delicious breakfast also. The room was comfortable and my kids enjoyed it as well. Easy parking too.

This hotel no swimming pool.

the Junior suite room - fit for my fmly & my child love most

- toilet cleanliness need to be improved- no fridge inside the room- no direct phone in the room, but they prepared Whatsapp no but when i text, nobody reply- can hear the MRT sound because the hotel is just next to Merdeka MRT Station
