Pros: Excellent location, the hotel is situated a mere FIVE minutes walk from Lalaport, and is around the same distance from Berjaya Times Square. Pretty much at the heart of Bukit Bintang I'd say. There is an entire strip of KK store, 7-11 and many Chinese eateries and other shops in the very area.The staff are all pretty attentive and will serve to pretty much every need when required.Most staff speak English, at least the ones at the front desk anyway.The bed is quite comfy and nice to sleep on.Two bottles of water are provided every day or upon request.A fridge is available in the room.Wi-Fi speed isn't super but good enoughOf course there is also AC in the room.

The only one thing that I didn't enjoy too much is the water pressure, I have asked maintenance regarding it but it seems like it's a common problem in the entire hotel. The solution is to turn the shower on for a while, even the hot water isn't that strong so, this I would consider as the only gripe.

great location just walking from mrt hang tuahh to hotel and the price also really cheap,, i would love to repeat next trip if need to stay at kl when travel and outstation!! ???

Just nice to stay, room wash clean and tidy.Room size a bit small even for family room. Easy to find food during night time for non Muslim,just next door hotels.

I came midnight around 2am to check in (informed earlier on my late arrival). They changed my room last minute due to aircond faulty where i was not informed about it. I made the payment and entered the room and i saw a spider net with the spider right on the kettle. The bedsheet has stains and full of dust. The room was soo smelly. I went down to the receptionist to request other room. When they bring me to another room, even that room was in the very bad condition. I tried to discuss with the receptionist to refund the money as i could not stay in that dusty place. They said he had no authority to do that. I need to come back the next morning to meet the supervisor. Midnight 3am I had to walk and find for other hotel. The next morning I tried to contact the hotel to go and meet the supervisor but the supervisor refused to meet me. Instead he informed the receptionist to tell me to contact booking.com. Currently I’m dealing with booking.comPls pls whoever wish to stay here pls view the room first before making any payment. You might change your mind looking at the bad condition of the room.

regarding the bonus question were there no extra services during my stay like spa, meals, or anything?and into me, if the hotel provides a breakfast buffet then it will be great for customers and very important who are visiting or staying in the hotel.thank you.

The hotel management is supposed to maintain their SOP without asking like ...soap, shower gel, shampoo, and towels it is supposed to be available in the hotel but it was coming when I called and asked for them the same.

The location is strategic as it is near to the destination that I have an event and also it is near to Imbi Monorail Station. It's easier to go anywhere.

The facilities quite disappoint me as the bidet hose in toilet cannot be use.

I hate to write negative reviews , but there is literally nothing I liked about it.

- Bed sheets were yellow , I had to ask staff to change them.- No hot water - Heard something at night , probably some rats on the ceiling of the room ( probably went in due to renovation work ) which kept awake all night.- Extremely unfriendly staff!!- Avoid at all costs

Location! Very near Lalaport BBCC (plus Hang Tuah monorel station), Berjaya Times Square (Imbi monorel station), Bukit Bintang, Lot 10 and Pudu. Easy walking distance to these places. There are several eating places which open till late near the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful enough. The room is small but manageable. Air-condition and private bathroom work as they should. Room is fairly clean and reasonably quiet.

I don't know about other rooms but there was a lingering cigarette smell in the room I was assigned to. During my stay, there were people smoking either in their rooms or in the corridor and the smoke seeped into my room, making it smell. Unable to ventilate the room as there was no window.

Checking in was a breeze. Staff is helpful. The location is convenient and there is easy access to shopping centres and trains. Aircon works well and is quiet. Wi-fi signal is strong.

Suggest to take stock of which rooms have cracked windows and replace them. Also suggest to inspect all the electrical wiring and circuit breakers (heard some sizzling/sparking sounds coming from the circuit breaker box occasionally but there was no tripping).

Location very strategic which is near to Zepp KL, where most events held.

No rug provided which caused slippery floor.

Bed was comfortable and air conditioner was great. Shower was very good.

Walls were written with marker, There was a hole in wardrobe.

I like how hospitable for the staff to swap my smelly pillow as they should, and hair dryer availability. Good location with laundry service available (clean and dry). My first dirty and bad room was swapped with a decent one, as it should be.

The problem with this place is cockroaches in the room and rats in the ceiling crawling around making disruptive noises. I saw they put a mousetrap DIY, but should have used professional pest control team instead. Pillow given to me was smelly as heck, told receptionist to swap the first time and it wasn't swapped until i asked the second time, same goes with water boiler and hairdryer where i asked them to send into my room. Hence, communication is problem here in between staff, need to ask twice. I was given a bad room at first with dirty, smelly, and dripping aircond, then i asked to be swapped room.

Location near to ZEPP where concerts were held

no floor mat provided, wet floor after going out from toilet.

The place is actually close to the city center and accessible to all tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur. It's just a few meters away from Berjaya Times Square where you can find the Buses Heading to Singapore if you wanna you have some side-tripping.

Bowl's flush is not working properly. But still manageable anyway.
