Back in KL and the staff did it again. Much appreciated the warm welcome and the outstanding service.

Room 206 has a sewer gas issue. At times there is a foul smell in the bathroom.

Close proximity to hotel - restaurants, shops, MRT station Majid Jasmek. Rooms were spot on and as advertised. Well-maintained premises and super-friendly staff. No hassles during check in, straight-forward.

Staff’s lake of knowledge and they are not cooperating - first night noise was extreme and I kept calling the receptionist with no response I couldn’t sleep the whole night and when I come down he said it’s raining and we don’t have any other option tomorrow will change the room for you it felt like you sleep in a can - next day they change the room, but even waking steps you can hear like it’s inside the room - also when I asked the receptionist about attractions and some information she said you can google I don’t know

Simple, clean, and quiet hotel with a good location at a fair price. Good water pressure in the shower and friendly staff.

Nothing. There are only a couple of TV stations, if that is something you care about.

The place was very clean and the room was cozy. The bed was more than enough to comfortably accommodate all of us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us information on how to get about the city.

Storage facilities in the room were small.

​I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The place was clean and comfortable, which is always the most important thing. The reception staff were particularly nice and welcoming, making for a smooth and pleasant check-in and out.

​The only thing that would have made the stay perfect was a window in the room. While everything else was great, natural light and fresh air would have significantly improved the experience.

My second stay here — just as great as the first! Clean bathroom with a modern shower and great water pressure. Comfortable, air-conditioned room with secure card access and inner lock. I really appreciated the warm yellow lighting! Polite staff and smooth check-out, plus they kindly stored my luggage after. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

The rooms don't have a window. It makes them great for sleep but not suitable for long-term stays. However, this was already clear when I booked, so no issues!

The rooms were clean. The shower was nice. The hotel is allocated in the middle of KL. Also the sitting area on the highest level was nice.

This is a lovely hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and although there could be some cosmetic touch ups in the bathroom it was Very clean and had what I needed. I’d stay here again.

It’s clean, comfortable and good value. We chose a cheaper option with no window which was fine, we only sleep in there. Staff was really friendly. Wifi fast and reliable. The best thing is the location right near the metro station “Masjid Jamek” which is a good hub.

Everything. Even though its located at the shoplot area near Pasar Seni, the inside is beyond what i imagined. Top notch. Super clean, the aircond functions well and the water pressure is really good. The best part is the staff and owner is really kind. Will definitely come back.

The parking is really tough, understandably. The nearest parking area is quite expensive around RM 26 per night and you need to walk a bit. During our short stay, the owner was super kind to help hold a parking and call our room to inform.
