small and compact room for the money we pay

No breakfast. Easily bought nearby. Staff were nice but nobody actually spoke English as promised. A/C strong, though remote was a mystery.

Bed could have fitted my 5' 10" body - absolutely average height at home. I could have gotten the instructions I asked for to use the room safe. Your website showed refrigerators in rooms in several different room types, which I needed for prescription medications, but the hotel actually offers no refrigerators in ANY of their rooms, so your website is false. They did borrow one from somewhere for me, however. Some lifesaving medications (which mine weren't), absolutely must be refrigerated -- think insulin.

The price when I booked RM 860 totally different with the actually price when I checked in RM 1021,31 what a scam??? It was more cheaper the walk in price than booking.com

its was very rude people they rejected me to check in even though i oay online until the reception guy after two hours he said ohh we sorry sir u can check in u already paid online and they asking me for deposit 50 us dollar not even Malaysian currency and after taking calls from the manager himself never will go there again

I was assigned a room on the lobby level, and the noise is excessive. It’s affecting my ability to sleep and get the rest I need. This situation needs to be addressed.

location was great, room was mostly clean

cleanliness need to be improve a lot. Bed bugs bothering me and the room smell of dust. Feels choking. staff is unfriendly although local - not greeting with a smile and didnt bother to wish good day when checking out.

They allowed me to make my payment late as I was having some issues.

Foa staff so unprofessional. They don't provide water bottle if u extend stay.house keeping the worst ever I have seen.

The location is right in front of NU Sentral and KL Sentral. The shops and restaurants nearby are lively and exceptional. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked.

The room is very small. The ammenity kits were not provided. There was a hole on the ceiling in the bathroom in room 209.

Very poor customer service. Front desk staff can't communicate in English! No manager around to assist. Windowless room provided and not informed during booking.

the location is near to Kl sentral which suitable for those will takes train and bus

the staff problem , when take the check in from customer , and then leave to outside , let the counter nobody there , I think is very dangerous to customer , if unfortunately someone thieves come in , customer was facing dangerous and safety problems,please take note to this serious problem

The location is perfect, near KL Sentral station, and pretty much street food around the hotel.It looks like the room size in this area is quite small so it fits me since I travel alone and only bring one medium luggage.The room itself is clean with enough amenities.

The receptionist staff is only doing their job without any smiles and greetings.You can still hear other people outside your room.The bed size is smaller than the standard size

Surrounded by full of facilities, vegetarian restaurants, 7 eleven mart , MRT and so on .

The price , i booked for Rm92 +/- including discount and it comes up RM110 excluding deposit payment. The room was small and compact , I don’t feel its worth for the price at all.

Good location, convenient with those traveling abroad to catch train.

Insufficient toiletries. I found 2 small bottles of shampoos instead of a body shampoo.

real value for money...check in process was smooth,bed was very comfortable,aircon was great,water heater and water pressure was good

tv reception was not good.and for beverages try to have tea bags as well in the room.only coffee packs was available.

well, for two days one night, its a good bargain. Its located very near to KL sentral so you wont have to leave extra early to catch the trains but ask properly for the location since its different from the double M hotel, i got confused last time so yah...Its connected to NU sentral also, so again, you wont be starving here lah XD...the room is nice, i only use it to sleep at night and for prayers, oh they even provide the kiblat direction, so its very convenient..

the comforter got like a bit of stain, im not sure if its blood or what but i brought my own disposable sheet, so all good. I wish they got a microwave tho to heat things up at night. oh my bathroom mirror's light not working, the one on the mirror not the bathroom light, but it doesnt affect me that much...

The hotel room was too small and the water hitter was not working full-day when I checked in until I check out very disappointed ?
