Nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Bathroom is decent, too.

The AC fan and temp cannot be controlled and blows directly at the bed at a full blast. If the AC is not running then there is a very bad smell.

Good price and location, breakfast buffet for 25 MYR was pretty good too.

Overall not very clean. The bathroom did not have body wash/soap or face towels, and smelled like cleaner. Desk chair was broken. Found other people's hair on the sheets and carpet. Room also had no windows, which wasn't clearly noted.

The most comfortable bed ever! And the room I booked was great! The staff was so welcoming, and props to the Housekeeping staff, thank you for your time and effort.

But on my last night there, I saw one single cockroach on the wall while preparing myself for bed.

Almost nothing, except the location.

The hotel staff is terrible. The room was not clean, smelly and too much noisy. Breakfast was poor and every morning too crowed. Not enough toillet paper too

I got a strange smell when the first time get in to the room. No shampoo no soap given.

The shower was fantastic. Very hot water, with excellent water pressure.

The mattress was horrible. Should have been replaced years ago. The sheets were not clean, instead of putting fresh sheets, they flipped stained sheets so they were not visible. The photos were from the sheets when I checked in.

Rooms said to be king size but small , bathrooms shower hand gun everything has leak..bathrooms are worstly designed..not at all worth the money..food was bad..i asked for dosa and idly they said its over try other food..i am not eating for charity..i paid for the breakfast..

Room and Breakfast , even we booked the room with breakfast but breakfast wa not worth to eat plus the floor of breakfast place was very dirty. So we had to eat breakfast outside

The room i originally booked was horrible and damaged. They gave us another room and didnt provide us with slipers even after asking. The breakfast was horrible.

Great value hotel walking distance to Masjid Jamek MRT station and the central market.

Good location. It's very easy to go to anywhere in the Town center by Taxi, Light Rail Transit, bus. Exceptional staff. It's very quick for check-in and check-out.

I liked the ambience, positive behaviour of staff, location and ease.

Love the lobby ambient and room is so nice.. comfortable .

No parking. Need to pay extra for parking. I spent rm80 for parking only. Which is i think better i go for 5 star hotel include parking.

Our room had a leaking, requested the staff to change the room and they did it immediately. My 3rd stay ? Everything is good.

The cleaning staff rang the bell at 9am to clean the room.. it’s too early. They rang three times… they should only rang once or twice and if theres no answer, they should stop.

Nice hotel, not far from public transport.Good room size in comparison to many others in KL.Comfy bed with 4 pillows - another plus

Great staff, good location. You can walk to many of the sites of KL from the hotel. Also lots of neraby resraurant in Little India and China Town.

We were only there one night. Howver, the breakfast could be improved. We arrived at 09:00 and there was nothing left! I think a large tour group had descended on the breakfast buffet earlier on before getting onto their buses for 09:00 :-).

Amazing apartment, views and the best pool! Really helpful staff that checked us in and communicated with us before and during our stay 15 mins walk to the twin towers. Great location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
