Good location. Walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown and Little India and train station. My room didn’t have any windows which was great for me because the room stays dark for sleeping

When I checked into my room, there was feces residue in the toilet. A quick flush fixed it, and it was clean otherwise, but still gross and weird.

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, especially considering I booked this hotel for my elderly parents. My mum shared how understanding the receptionist was and how they genuinely addressed the concerns my parents had. It really made a difference in their experience.

We loved our stay with Big M Hotel. The hotel is in the best location, close to the centre and to public transport. Our room was big, comfortable and clean- we had a room with no window and had no issues with dampness. We received house keeping everyday including new towels. We find the staff friendly and helpful. We really liked the roof top terrace and sitting area. We will be staying with Big M Hotel during our next visit to KL.

Big M Hotel in Kuala Lumpur provided a fantastic base for exploring the city. The location is truly excellent, placing you right in the heart of the action and within easy reach of the city center. What truly stood out was the hotel's proximity to public transportation. Getting around Kuala Lumpur was a breeze, with various options just steps from the hotel's doorstep.Beyond the prime location, the staff were incredibly friendly and smiley. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist and offered helpful advice.If you're looking for a conveniently located hotel with a friendly atmosphere in Kuala Lumpur, Big M Hotel is a great choice

Very tight space

My room was 507. This hotel is bang for a buck. For really cheap, you'll get a comfortable room that's more than enough space for a solo traveller. It is also in a central location, right next to the MRT and the Merdeka Square. Chinatown is about ~7mins away on foot. Bed and pillows was comfortable and the general room is clean.

There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom but other than that, it's clean.

Close to train station so you will hear the trains go past whatever room you are in. Some of the staff could be a bit friendly but they were accommodating nonetheless

Very satisfied. Kept very clean by staff and staff always present at the reception 24/7.

Homeless people just outside the main entrance.

Easy and smooth check-in and check-out.. Got two lifts. The room was big and comfortable for two people and even got space for praying too.. Worth the price

The room is tiny and doesn't look like the photos. Not a great deal for what you get. The bathroom was not dirty but some mildew and felt old.

Nice hotel and good value for money. Great location for a work trip since it is closer to LRT station (masjid jamek ) and easily access to any place around KL.

The location is highly accessible by train. It is also close to the central market and Chinatown.

My only issue was that the water heater for the shower was not working properly, but it was not a big problem.

The location is very near to LRT station, and many restaurants nearby.

In fact my room is facing the LRT station, so the noise from the LRT train will affect your sleep
