Alaxis Hotel

Location walking distance to KL Sentral the transpo hub of Kuala Lumpur, LRT, MRT, Monorail and Airport Bus and Train. Surrounded with lots of restaurant and food stalls. Lively vibes. Room is spacious and clean. Hot and water shower pressure is good. Quite place that you will really have a good rest. Strong wifi. Staff Jasen and Sajib are so friendly, polite and proactive. I really the hotel, the vibes and the surrounding. I would definitely come back to stay whenever I'm in Kuala Lumpur. I recommend this hotel a place to stay whenever you are in Kuala Lumpur.

There was no breakfast. The towels were not located inside the bath room. After a shower one has to come out dripping wet to get a towel. This is ridiculous.

For the price in such a hotel I expected a window. Also not having towels in the bathroom is a very bad service for customers.

The Worst Hotel Ever

The worst hotel ever. It was a catastrophe. We couldn't even sleep. Rooms without windows or air. The worst hotel in our lives.

Location is perfect near to metro station and bus as well , staff was polit , overall stay was Good

unfortunately no bath room slipper we have requested but they said it is not available .They will not clean your room unless you requested clearly.

Excellent stay. The room was cozy, clean, and well cared for. The location is convenient and close to nearby attractions. Overall, the hotel is clean and welcoming, making our stay very enjoyable.

Cheap, conveniently close to the train station.

I liked the location and the cleanness of the hotel.

The neighbors’s noises can be heard.

The free luggage keeping service after checkout is an additional point for the hotel which convenient for traveller.

The bathroom water pressure is not so good and there will be water leak out from the bathroom to the room as the waterflow design layout and door blockage is not good

Room 301The room floor is slippery, the shower pipe not working properly & the toilet cover is off.

The room was too dark, The mattress was in bad shape and the shower was uncomfortable.

Close to NU Sentral and others transportation hub and amenities.

The toilet emitted an unpleasant odor, and the floor was noticeably sticky, suggesting a lack of proper maintenance."

The staff, especially the receptionist, is very rude. I was booked a twin bed room. But that room got a PowerPoint problem as she said, and she forced me to take one bedroom, which was much smaller. So should be the price is lower than twins bed room. I requested her to concentrate on the price, she just told me to *take it or leave it*, which was very rude for a customer. Not recommended ?

Towel big, shampoo and soap provided, easy to access public transport, girl staff is so nice and helpful

Not soundproof and u can hear any sound from room left and right

City center, many restaurant nearby, room was clean and got iron board at the end of the hall way. Sound proof room.

Parking limited and paid about RM25 for 12 hours at the nearby parking space. Toilet pipe was leaking.

Location near KL sentral, hence, very convenient. The staff very friendly and helpful.

There are some "knocking" sounds at the wall of the room, maybe due to aircond pipe or other pipe issues. Insufficient amount of toilet tissue paper for three persons within 2 nights.

Worst hotel pratice

The hotel turn of the electricity 12pm while guest still in the room.I was taking bath and ligth off.imagine there baby and oku person in the room and they turn off the electricity telling time to check.if time check out they should at least call the room and inform .Further even we exceed check out u can charge us as the hotel has taken deposit money .I think this hotel worst hotel I ever stayed.dun book them

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Alaxis. What an excellent customer service provided by Kalim , he was always willing to help and provided service with a smile, a great guy. Will stay here again only because of Kalim and her customer service.
