Located near LRT station, shopping malls, WTC convention centre, convenient stores and food stalls.

TOILET. i don't like the toilet..can see the body silhouette from inside the toilet through the door, toilet door transparent, toilet door doesn't even have a lock.

The room was not clean, with the chairs having stains and a smokey smell to it. In addition, the toilet door is not frosted, so everyone can see when you go to the toilet, and the shower door had mould on it. In addition, the staff were not as friendly.

I was upgraded to 2 connecting rooms because the triple room was under maintenance. The connecting door made it easy to check on my children. The fan in the rooms is a blessing as you can opt to switch off the air conditioner when it gets too cold. The hotel is a walking distance to PWTC and Sunway Putra mall. There is a paid parking area opposite the hotel and halal food is readily available around the hotel. There is also a paid buffet breakfast available at the cute cafe of the hotel.

There were no toothpaste and tooth brushes, but we have managed from a nearby convenience store.

The room was dirty - The bed sheets had a lot of stains and hairs- The window was broken and it was not possible to close it, so all the noise from the street came into the room.- No toilet paper in the toilet - it was nit possible to regulate the aircon temperature. Its remote controller was not working - Only one socket available close to the bed- The towels had a lot of stains

Hotel everything is good but night time so noisy motor car race... need to upgrade use sound prof window

Toilet not clean

The location is walking distance to the hospital and sunway mall. The room was decent. Price was ok. Breakfast was so-so with minimal variety. They were accommodating enough to allow changes in dates which I really appreciate

The staff is very unresponsive on booking.com. I have to call and repeatedly explain that they didn't respond to my online request hence the reason for my call. They refused to give me the receipt upon check out and was adamant that the receipt need to be requested online. At the point in time I'm writing this review (more than 12 hours since my online request) they have yet to provide me with the receipt let alone even acknowledging my request. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. During my stay, unfortunately there was a large group of secondary school students staying there as well. International students. They were loud and boisterous until 3 o'clock in the MORNING!! No security came and the hotel staff did nothing to control the crowd. The students were banging on the doors, running in the corridor and was overall loud. They were even holding up BOTH elevators the next day and not allowing other guests use them. I took the staircase instead. What's worse, the receptionist was chatting with the students' teacher the next morning in their native language and completely disregard other patrons. The teacher took no steps in controlling her students who were filling up the lobby. I waited 10 minutes and had to motion for the receptionist multiple times before she helped me with check out. In addition, the towels smells musty and have worn out edges. Overall it was a nightmare and I really regretted staying there

Cleanliness of the room

Very bad experience this time stay thereCan't sleep at all becos my room near to the roadside and the noise of the motorbike (Mat Rempit) during 1am to 5 am was so loud. I told the staff on the counter the next day I checked out, he just smiled and without saying anything. Bad attitude.

The room was simple and cozy for 2 people. The bed was soooo comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very strategic as it is nearby lrt and monorail. Very convenient to get food and snacks as it is located around multiple convenience stores.

The air-conditioner was so cold and they did not provide a remote that could easily turn it off. The thermostat that was in the room malfunctioned and the air conditioner kept turning on by itself. Had to call the reception and they helped switch it off from their end. At the same time, the bathroom was a bit moldy on the corners and we had a random smelly scent at night and the bathroom door did not have a lock so it is not really suitable for groups of friends and family. Lastly, the room's wall were not 100% soundproof as we could hear people from the halls talking.
