Late check-out = expensive.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Breakfast menu and quality could be better. More towels for two people would be appreciated.

Strangely the televisions were not smart, It's not a big issue, but if I prefer to have a lazy day, smart device would be a big plus to watch something online and chill out.

I like everything there including pool, place, location and staff. Very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and nice.

Overall service was good and fairly clean but in need of some updates

On booking.com i checked the box that i needed an extra bed. I paid and nowhere did it say I have to pay extra. On arrival at the hotel we assumed an extra bed was placed in the room as it gave us the option on the website. The receptionist said that is only a remark or comment on the website and it definitely was not. She said we needed to pay extra. I then had me son sleep on the two seater sofa as i refused to pay extra when it was not made clear on the website that we needed to pay extra. If you are offering it you need to be clear on the procedures. My husband told them that they did not state this on the website. Afterwords they kept tsk tsk tut tut sound when my husband went pass to show their disapproval or disgust that he questioned what was not stated on the website

Spa centre facility needs improvement. Specially the waiting time is 1 hour ..

Elevator a bit slow

Yon at the front desk was MAGIC! He was super helpful. He ordered a taxi for me both mornings and was able to answer all my questions. Also loved that I could drink the water from the purifier in the room. Really a nice difference that I hadn't considered before.

Bed was a bit too hard and the refrigerator didn't really keep things cool - not a big deal

I liked the breakfast. There was good variety. The pool also looked nice, though I never used it. There was a grocery store across the street and a nice mall a short walk away. Though I didn’t take advantage, there were also several nice restaurants in the area.

When I arrived in my room the toilet was dirty. The safe in the room did not work and the closets smelled slightly moldy. I was emailed that my room would come with a free taxi to the airport, but the staff told me that it was not included in my room. The walls of the rooms are also thin, so some noisy guests kept me up the first night.

The staff upgraded my room to a larger one without any additional charge.

Everything was perfect even though I made a last-minute booking, they still had a vacant room ready for me.

Helpfull staff, calm location, home stay experience, reception gave us 2 extra hours for check out without any extra charge

Wish if the breakfast buffet has more arabic dishes

Rooms are spacious, Breakfast is good with lot of varieties, rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful, location is excellent, everything is nearby

I have noticed cockroaches in my room few times and the water boiler provided in the room was rusted

There wasn't much variety in the breakfast offerings. some days they have bread butter pudding and pan cake which they don't refill after 9.15 am though the breakfast is till 10.30. nor they replace with any other dishes

1- The whole building needs maintenance ASAP.2- The staff were clueless about what's happening between each shift. 3-the staff is very young inexperienced & doesn't have an active experienced employe.4-the morning shift were rude with their behavior, and they tried to silence my complaints by blackmailing saying you have no rights to complain we already upgraded your room which i didn't ask for nor was informed about. When I confronted them saying the exact words of my complaints (dirty room - no towels - no trash bin -half working AC which has been patched up multiple times you can see in the picture it finally gave up and cried up a river in the room- basically it's a worn out room which needs heavy maintenance ASAP)5- I asked for a baby COT. I got a dirty one instead, which creaks with every touch.

Breakfast Can be better. Very less option and same repeating everyday.Cleaning Staff needs to be instructed about what to do. They don't do cleaning on their own.

The location was easy to get a quick ride to Prince Court Medical Center and good proximity to restaurants.

The bathroom needs a little updating. And a robe was not replaced after a cleaning of the room.

Windows cannot open No Air recycling and that could cause disease
