We couldn't sleep
We cannot sleep all night due to very noisy sounds, occurring regularly every 2 to 5 minutes. We informed the receptionist, but unfortunately, there was no solution to the problem. They told us they don’t know where the noise is coming from, which is baffling—how can they not know when the sound is so obvious and consistent? Imagine that!
Cleanliness, and the hotel done their best to meet all my requirements, appreciate it.

it's very crowded, the english level of the staff should be better as it's a five star hotel. the hotel knows that everyone goes there for the pool view so other aspect of the hotel are a bit neglected. Not enough elevators. Noisy electricity in the room, noisy hallway, doors could be more sound proof.

The staff was very nice. Location was perfect and the room size and amenities were great! The rooftop pool was also superb.
Some images show that the rooms have a view of the petronas towers which is not the case. There are towers all around so the twin towers are not to be seen.

Staff was rude and ignoring my wife who stayed in the hotel. Received a message that the swimming pool area is closed for maintenance AFTER I paid for the room. What a scam! Sorry, that’s what this is! Advertising something up front and telling customers after they pay that it’s not available? What kind of treatment is this? That info should have been put up front before paying!! No, I am not happy!

Our room leaked and we had to change rooms in the evening making us late for our dinner reservation for one of our 30th birthdays. We spoke to management about our issue and they said they couldn't help us and would get someone to email us the next day. I emailed various times with no reply. I also emailed prior to our stay with a few questions and they didn't reply. Communication was poor. I also asked the staff for more toiletries and was met with a rude decline.
Spacious rooms, good beds, clean and fresh, AC worked well.
The accommodations were excellent.
The food was ok. Every time we ordered soup it was cold and always had to send back to the kitchen to be reheated.

Apartments quite warn, could do with some maintenance and equipment for cooking/eating in the kitchen. Some confusion about which pool we were meant to be using. Elevators very busy.

The lifts are inefficient and slow. For the size of the building, they need more lifts. The rooms are dated and some things need to be replaced. The microwave was dirty and the ACs required the maintenance guy to come to turn them on. The bin in the kitchen area was not clean
