Excellent location. The superior room had a delightful view of the street.

Dirty walls, and commode seat. SSome staffs not helpful. Tiny drinking water bottle. Least options for breakfast.Smelly towels

Location is in a rundown area, but near good area,breakfast is bad,not much choice, not buffet style.

the location is really awsome It is at the central and has everything: Food, pharmacy, groceries, laundry and etcThe room is presentably celan and has all the toilteries necessity and the bed is comfy.

it is very difficult to get a parking spot.the hotel shall invest/rent parking spot for guest or perhaps provide a shuttle for guest who parked far

Location . 5-10 min walk to Bukit Bintang shopping area , TRX Mall, MRT (Bkt. Bintang & TRX) stations and Monorail station. Many eating places in surroundingsFor the location, cleanliness and amenities : price is fair to good.

Checkin staff was very polite and helpful. Convenient location.

I banged my head several times against corner of TV which protruded out.

Hotel and location was perfect , i would recommend they would have more option on breakfast, it was not so good for value. Same food was repeating every other day. Portions was not good. I would suggest any one should skip hotel breakfast, since there more option available close by hotel.

The aircon was not working. After much complained, the staff changed room for second night. The room allocated was for handicap as there was no room available which is also not acceptable. The staff managed to change room on the 3rd day which is a better room.

Water temperature and pressure were adequate.

Stains and dust. Consider removing the carpet and have it properly cleaned. Toilet was dirty and filled with moulds. Aircon wasn't cold.

Located and easy access to Bukit Bintang just walking distance

TV only have a few local channels. If can upgrade to smart tv can watch Netflix and YouTube would be great

Tiny sink in the bathroom. There is a small window that leaks light from the hallway. My room is too bright for sleep.
