Very clean, comfortable bed and very nice feather pillows, hotel is 8 minutes walk to pavilion and the main attractions in the area which is very nice

Breakfast was great. Ample variety, enjoyed trying different foods each day. Loved the fresh fruit.

The coffee! Very bitter robusta blend. As you have many Western guests, perhaps you could offer arabica coffee also ?Also, some tourist information at reception would be helpful, including how to use the public transport, ( once we had worked it out, it was very easy to use, but hard to get basic info on where/ how to get tickets etc).

Extremely well located in the middle of the busy tourist area, yet it's spacious, comfortable, the staff is extremely courteous (the management didn't hesitate to upgrade our stay since we had 2 different room bookings by error), the food is delicious and the rooms are well maintained and clean.Will definitely be returning next year ?

Although delicious, Day after day the breakfast was pretty repetitive. A little more variety would be nice. This is still not a deal breaker though

Hotel parking were limited.

Location was convenient and within 5mins walk from the Bukit Bintang MRT station. There was a wide selection of breakfast such as scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh stir-fried vegetables, noodles, porridge, prata, curry chicken, pasta, roasted tomatoes, cheese and hummus. Eggs could also be ordered to your preferred style of cooking. Service was prompt, efficient and the front desk staff were friendly and gave advice and information about the Kuala Lumpur area.

Location was excellent and the staff was amazing. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable thanks to the questions ask regarding bed quality before check-in. The tea and wine time was nice and something to breakup all the site seeing.

I think the staff when cleaning the rooms could have done better during my stay. I left a water bottle on the floor and it was still there after cleaning.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to main shopping centres, MRT and access to all main attractions.The staff is very polite and helpfulThe breakfast is with variety of food.The happy hour with free drinks including wine was exceptional.

The lighting of the room could be improved. It is still not fully lightened even when all the lights are on.

Everything is nearby i like it but there is old houses and old places around the hotel( not hotel mistakes) but i just need to mention it- they need to put more stuff in breakfast

We loved the staff, the food (the breakfast and the afternoon teas), and the location. Our room was also excellent.

Journals location is excellent. Room and amenities are well appointed. Pool area located on the 11 floor has fabulous views of the city and fun decor makes it a great place to hang out.

There was a private party happening the one evening we stayed so had to dine off of the premises. It was a bit inconvenient after a long day of travel. Breakfast the next morning on the main floor restaurant was fantastic.

Really convenient spot that is a short walk to some great nightlife and a longer walk to so many other attractions. Most staff were lovely (shout out to the smiling doorman who no matter how many other jobs he was juggling would always try to get to the door before we did) and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food options and it’s also worth popping up to the rooftop bar area to enjoy a beautiful breeze on a hot afternoon.

Experienced poor staff service in the rooftop bar but the hotel has assured me they have acted on this feedback.

This hotel is one of the gems of Kuala Lumpur. I have stayed here several times already, and this time for almost a week, and each time the hotel exceeds my expectations. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I have only the highest praise for them. The hotel is very centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls, the metro station, and plenty of entertainment. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, very neat and clean, and there is enough fresh water in glass bottles provided daily for use. I wouldn’t easily stay anywhere else when I’m in KL.

Super convenient location and helpful and friendly staff.

Room was fine but had some minor maintenance issues. Gym was really hot, humid and small. The gym along with the laundry room was hard to find, directions would be helpful. Breakfast items ran out quickly and took some time to be re-filled. Variety could be better.

The hotel room was spacious, beautiful spot and amazing views. We managed to get a room at the highest floor and it overlooked the bukit bintang intersection. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a great stay, and we enjoyed it immensely.

The lighting in the room was not very good, we couldn’t see very well during the night. Also the lack of storage cabinets or drawers, we had no place to store our stuff.
