Crystal Crown Hotel Kuala Lumpur

My 4th stay, after a rather ¿dirty¿ experience during my last stay. The room is a good size. Smoking was somehow allowed in the non-smoking hotel? One can smell the smell of cigarettes smoke (I alerted the receptionist) but nothing was done. Disappointed.

The furniture in rooms are of and sagging couch is not comfortable! Headboards are badly maintained. Toilet doesn¿t flush that well and the shower curtains should have been replaced 5 years ago! Housekeeping staff tried their best hit with no SOP in place

It was convenienve, private n well kept.

The room I was staying in was newly renovated.The room was big, clean & comfortable.The air-conditioning was strong.

The bathroom has a lot of hair from the previous occupant.There are no bedroom slippers. I have to go to the mall next door to purchase my own.

The bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaving kit.

Convenient location, close to MITEC and Batu Caves. Has a small shopping center right next door.

The rooms though very clean were a little dated. The options on the breakfast buffet were limited

Breakfast for 1st day is buffet, meet expectation.

the 2nd and 3rd breakfast was disappointing. it changes to ala carta and which we are forced to choose only 1 main course

breakfast was acceptable. Beds comfortable.

Restaurant doesn't know the difference between garden salad and Caesars salad. Aircond vents looked dirty, developed influenza like illness after staying in the hotel and so did my wife and other fellow members who used the hotel facility.

Price and Availability.It's an old hotel, but for me back then maybe it's a 4 star hotel.

Location from City Centre.It's quite far from KLCC, if you consider the traffic.

Loved the service. Compliments to Faiz. He checked us in when we arrived. He was very pleasant and accomodating

Hot water disappeared at some point but it was quickly fixed

Noise from traffic outside along the Jalan Kepong. Shower curtain is smelly. Need to wash after guest has vacated. Gave an impression that the bathroom is unhygienic.

I like the service, location n breakfast

I choose for queen bed but they gave me twin single bed which seriously I was not happy due to I need sleep separated from my husband.

The staff is very kind. There are many local delicacies nearby that are different during the day and at night..Also, a shopping mall next door with a local supermarket that sells a lot of stuff, as well as several hair salons and other shops

Equipment is a bit old The toilet is a bit dirty especially the toilet bowl

Old furniture. No lift to from parking space. Need to pay deposit RM 200 it's not mentioned anywhere before checking in.

Staff are friendly and the hotel is value for money

Convenient for the purpose of staying in the same hotel with other participants of the Foam Dart competition event.

The hotel room is quite aged.Breakfast appears to be a separate fee from hotel room stay.The ball room lighting is kinda dim.Tooth paste not even provided in the bathroom.The basement parking is tight even for a B-Segment SUV, and not that safe to park at certain spots because it's so close to the piping roof.

Cleanliness and front staff were helpful

Things like mattress and cabinets need to be refurbished, look and feel old. Need to have floor mat for washroom door

Soundproof need to be improve.

CLOGGED TOILET, WATER-FLOW OF BATHTUB TAP IS VERY SLOW. cracks on basin and bathtub. the bathtub looks unclean. didnt used the bathtub
