Location wise; I think it's fantastic/ Ideally located and close to amenities etc. Easy to book e0hailing services as well, which is great at peak hours.

The room, at the average rate of RM100/per night; made me feel ripped off. The room was tiny with hardly any room to walk around. No space for luggage or clothes. Not even hooks on the wall to hang a towel or anything. The hair dryer provided dropped off the wall one night and almost crashed to the bathroom floor. It went dead after that and I had to borrow one from the counter. The shower head was terrible and to shower, I had to stick myself to the wall otherwise I would not be showering at all! Needs major maintenance to the rooms.The walls were also thin I could hear every movement in the adjacent rooms. One room occupant decided to hear his sweet rendition and sang as loud as he possible could from around 1030pm. He repeated this at around 130am. I reported this to the counter but I would say it was not effective at all because he continued anyway. I did not sleep much that night.

Shower and wash sink broken and did'n repair. Room too small which no area for pray. Parkin also limited and dificult.

I am staying in a studio room considering this is a two-star hotel, so the size of the room is good. The location is excellent, walking distance to Setapak Mall, shops and restaurants.

1. The bathroom does not have any towel rack/hook/rails2. The stools in the room need repairing/maintenance since both stools lowering on it's own upon seating /when weight is applied

Nothing except the location. A loud street and a missing window latch so the window could not be closed securely against the noise, but the location was convenient for the Seta Park neighborhood.

Wifi was advertised, but there is no wifi: every day, the answer was that "a technician" would come. Six days and never a technician and thus never wifi in the hotel. Furthermore, they didn’t disclose the problem to me or other people who were checking in, instead expressing surprise every day that there was no wifi. Scam. The TV in the first room did not work, so they changed me to a different room with a TV that had three channels. The soap dispenser was broken. I have booked extensively with booking.com over the last 5 years; this hotel should not be allowed on the booking.com site. Seriously--remove them.

It provides a lift and the location was easy for travellers

There were cockroaches creeping the room and the worst when it climbed onto me in the middle of the night

The location is convenience for shopping , foods.

I didn't like the outside parking place, my car is full of bird droppings.

the garbage bin just infront /side of main entrance. smells. please ask the management to allocate the garbage bin to suitable place instead of main entrance of the hotel. must show good image of the hotel so that peoples whom stay comfortable using the entrance.

Clean,staff ok.. cheap

The staff were friendly and helpful upon check in. The staff informed us earlier about the payment method and deposit money. The area is walking distance to setapak mall and a lot of restaurants. They provide hot and cold water outside, and there's kettle in the room as well.

The cleanliness. It was quite dusty. I had allergic reaction upon entering the room.

For family room is downstair.. Very good due parents need to bring alot of thing.. Everything was okk..
